Very knowledgeable, pleasant, cheerful, and helpful. I could not get this level of customer service anywhere. At 79 custmer service is more important thst cheap fares.

My regular person, Leslie, was out on vacation and Dean, his coverage, stepped in flawlessly and got me taken care of. Excellent job. Dean called me and got me taken care of quickly and very professionally. He was excellent to deal with and knew the answers to most of my questions right away.
