Kings Lynn branch. Got a screw in my tyre in the last 50 minutes on a long journey away from home very late on a Friday night. In the morning another garage thankfully referred me to Bush tyres who had the tyre I needed in stock. Bush replaced the tyre quickly. Really appreciated this as didn't want to be without a car 200 miles away from home when my mother had been admitted to hospital. They also helped me with the insurance paperwork and I received the insurance pay out quickly. They were willing to keep the tyre for 28 days at the insurer's request, for any inspection.

Kind, helpful staff and a quick service.

No mechanics were available. I don't remember the date of experience (there wasn't an experience), someday last week, but I had a quick check with kwikfit in Kings Lynn afterwards. I was told by the chap there at quickfit, that quite soon, I would need a new caliper, but he cleaned it up a bit and put some grease on the moving parts which had seized, all for free, of course. It seems that there is a shortage of mechanics, parts, service, but plenty of customers in this neck of the woods. Lucky you!
So now I have a reply that Bush Tyres don't have a record of my visit. This is just not good enough. How standards have plummeted over the years.

Really pleased with the fast response and understanding to get 4 new loader tyres fitted on a bank holiday. Callum, the technician, was brilliant! Called in advance, nothing was a problem, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great ambassador for the business and very much in keeping with the restvof the staff.

I had hit a pothole. Lee was very helpful. Everyone at the branch helped me figure out the best solution to my problem. Extremely pleased.

I’ve used Bush Tyres for years and they are all very similar.
Professional and friendly treatment by the staff, goes a long way to decrease the worry of what they might find to be wrong, and the expense that may be accrued.
I 100% recommend Bush Tyres.

We had a great experience from the offset at bush tyres with Simon and Shaun. We brought the car in with multiple problems and nothing was to much for them. They ensured that they stayed late to finish our car which also was greatly appreciated. The service thy provide is excellent not only that but the care from both of those gentleman is second to none. Definitely the best garage around. Exceptional service.

From being greeted by Lee yesterday, through to the successful attending to my tyre/wheel problem, the experience I had was excellent and enjoyable in every sense.
Every member of staff, and there were at least 5 that I came into contact with, was incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly.
I have left Bush Tyres of King's Lynn feeling wonderfully supported and cared for.
I am embarrassed to have received such brilliant service without spending barely any money.
I feel compelled to write this review because the experience I had to yesterday and today at Bush Tyres KL was so remarkably good and stood out as a rare display of exemplary unconditional good service.

Excellent value, efficient and professional

Came in for alignment had a few set backs but nothing they couldn’t overcome Kieron their mechanic explained everything that was happening to the Car and what parts would be needed as well as Simon explaining to me As the work went on

I called Bush tyres the Tues morning after bank holiday Mon,as I had a very noisy exhaust!!A lovely man (Shaun) dealt with me and managed to fit me in on the actual day I called,to look over my campervan,it needed a new middle and back box which Shaun ordered for me,I took van back on Friday for it to be fitted and was called once it was completed!Great service all around and fab communication 👍
