Fast efficient and very well priced

Easy to arrange online to replace all the tyres. Dropped the van off and they replaced them and gave me a ring when they were done. Top job

I recently had a truly outstanding experience at Bush Tyres Darlington. Needing a last-minute four-wheel alignment and wheel balancing, I was incredibly impressed when they booked me in straight away. From the moment I arrived, the team was exceptionally friendly and inviting. Dare I say, this was one of the most welcoming and professional establishments I've encountered in a long time!
The service was impeccable. After completing the alignment, they meticulously road-tested my car. What truly stood out was their honesty and professionalism: they determined that wheel balancing wasn't actually needed, saving me unnecessary cost. There was absolutely no attempt to upsell or scam me out of money, which, sadly, can be a rare find these days.
I honestly can't speak highly enough of the amazing job they did. Bush Tyres Darlington is a shining example of professionalism, friendliness, and integrity.

I have used the Bush Tyres company a few times - once as I am not to handy to come to my home to complete a repair and more recently to help my daughter get a fast and super value repair. The colleagues who work there are down to earth, solid workers who are polite and provide fantastic value for money. More than that, I trust them as they are honest and straightforward. If you need any help with your tyres this is the company to use - I was a customer of the Darlington Branch.

my partner was working away and had a nail in his tyre, made a phone call to bush tyres and they was straight onto it no hesitation just straight to my partner and fixed his tyre, this is the first company i know that has just got up and done the job, Thankyou so much for helping us out of this situation. Absolutely brilliant experience! Got a flat that I saw when I went to go out. Called and arranged for visit in the afternoon (very grateful - was a 2/3 hour turn round from call to arrival). Was prepared for new tyre but it was a puncture which save me a fortune. They also took away 4 tyres that weren't serviceable that had been in my garden. So polite and supportive both the mechanic and business manager who took payment over the phone only after I'd confirmed I was happy. This was a brilliant experience in every aspect. Now my no. 1 call fir anything vehicle related.

Was stuck with my Horsebox on road side. They came as quick as possible and kept me updated. Fitted new tyre very promptly and with a cheery face. Highly recommend them to anyone especially for horse box tyre breakdowns

Josh came this afternoon very promptly. He was pleasant and professional throughout. Bush tyres is a great find for us and if we have to we will have no hesitation in calling on them again.

As I can't review on Google again I will leave a review here. This was my second time using Bush and same as the first time their customer service, honesty, clarity and speed of repair were outstanding.
I took my car in with a seized break caliper and they ordered the part there and then and booked me in for next day fitment. They were transparent with the price up front and that there was the potential that I might need new brakes across the axle.
I dropped my car off the following morning and John kept in contact with me updating me on the works to be done and any changes in price.
By the time I finished work the repairs were near enough completed despite some tricky additional repairs being required.
I cannot fault the service I have experienced with Bush on either times I have used their services and would highly recommend them for anyone needing repairs and they will certainly be my go to garage for any future repairs my car may need.

I have just experienced something that I thought we had lost in our country, absolutely brilliant, top quality, no pressure, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my car to the Darlington depot to fix the TPMS issue I had. John took the time to fully investigate and fixed the problem promptly. I would definitely recommend you visit if you need help or advice for tyres / wheels etc. I know where I will go for new tyres when necessary.

Honest reliable garage & service. Took car in for breaks inspection & service gave me a full list of essential & optional service items not looking for non essential work like other big named garages. Would recommend.

I’ve used Bush Tyres Darlington branch a few times as they’re near my work place. This time I had 4 Vredenstein Tyres fitted to my Jaguar XF.
Once again the guys there, were all super helpful & always friendly. Really good value again, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

So, popped into the Darlington branch of Bush Tyres at 13.45 today for some new front tyres for STAY GOLD's Volvo XC90 tow car. None in stock, but an immediate halfway meet with the Knaresborough branch guys saw two new Kuomos fitted and balanced so I was on my way by 15.45. These guys should be in racing! Great, honest and friendly service. I recently took my car for a service at another local garage/car dealership and was quoted £1600 for 'urgent' repairs on my 5 year old Nissan. Took it to Bush who replaced my break pads and discs for £300 less than the previous garage quoted and took a look at the other things which that garage said needed urgently doing. Turns out the other garage was trying to rip me off and none of the other stuff needed doing! So not only have Bush Tyres provided a great service, they have saved me a fortune.

A massive thank you to the lads who fixed my car following a breakdown that left me worried about my car and the repairs. All that was needing doing on my car was completed in a timely manner, would highly recommend. Can honestly say that my car is driving the best it has since buying it 3 years ago. Couldn’t be more grateful to all the lads that worked on my car.

5 star service- Darlington Branch - Taken in following a breakdown. All repairs completed in a timely manner and very thorough job. My daughter drove her car home telling me that her car now drives like when she first brought it. Thank you David and Jamie. All of the lads at this store deliver Customer Service at it’s finest. Many thanks to Dave Smith and Billy who immediately came to my rescue when my tyre went flat tonight.
On my own, in the dark at rush hour!
Even though they were about to close, Billy came out to sort the tyre and I was home quickly and safely!
Many tyre places and garages in the area couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help so close to closing time but it was no trouble for these gentlemen !
