What a wonderful reception team in Carrieanne and Lorraine. They make everyone feel so welcome. Aimee Croft has worked wonders on the muscles in my back. I feel like new after such a short time. My chiropactor, Dino Yit, carefully went though my information and x-rays then gave me a detailed report on what he was planning to do. In the short time I have been seeing him I can notice the difference.

I attended Bury Chiropratic due to issues with my neck and after the initial assessment was given a comprehensive treatment plan to improve my comfort and reduce pain levels. Aichen is amazing and quickly improved my range of motion and movement levels. Aimee has now started the massage segment of the treatment and is clearly very experienced and skilled at what she does.

Great service from Aichen for Chiro and Massage from Aimee, always leave feeling relaxed and new again. Definitely recommend.

I have been having Chiropractic treatment and massages for 12 months seeing Sona, Aitchin and Amy . I have compressed discs in my spine and although the treatment can't cure this, it greatly relieves the pressure. I have only recently been having a massage by Amy who , although new to the practice, feels like she has always been there. After treatment I come out walking taller due to how good I feel. It is a real team practice with all the staff being both friendly, pleasent and helpful. A special call out to Carrie Ann who always makes me smile.

Being tall, I have had back pain for years. After having a herniated disc, I was in a lot of pain and struggled moving freely. I've been seeing Ryan for treatment for almost 2 years. I am so much better than I was. The old back pain has gone and I am almost back to normal. My monthly maintenance sessions have made a huge difference. I can highly recommend Ryan and trust him completely. He always listens carefully and is excellent at providing treatment with warmth and compassion. Thank you!

I have been seeing Jono for a few weeks now and the transformation on my back and my pain levels is amazing. He really listens to you and never one to shy away from a joke or three. He's really good at his job and can pinpoint your trouble areas really quickly. He's really changed my life, thank you Jono.

Keep asking for money to do X-ray and consultation don’t even lay hands on you, put you on an idd bed for 10 minutes then push you in a room for someone to try and extract £6000 from you, keep clear!!!

I took up the offer of a hugely discounted assessment seen on Facebook. Which is not the real cost as you need to pay an extra £90 for xrays. Xrays that they then show you what is terribly wrong with your spine and then give you a treatment plan. Surprisingly many patients I chatted to had the same lumbar spine problem! I was told I was 'broken' and paid 3 and a half thousand pounds. My parents savings. I told the physio that I felt desperate and was awaiting a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. I kept re iterating this when I arrived very upset and in a lot of pain. Chiropractor treatments sessions are only 10 minute and massage twenty. The main cost is sessions on an IDD bed. Not proven to help. I did feel like the staff were friendly and it relaxed me, however now I feel even more hopeless. one physiotherapist in charge of all those patients is not sufficient. There is no time to talk and it's all aimed at writing good reviews for them which I was Co erced into doing. As a new client I was given an inexperienced masseuse and often the same with chiropractors. I felt too vulnerable to complain and was assured constantly it would help. Also the building has no lift so at least one steep flight of stairs to have IDD treatment. I am sceptical that if I did take my xrays to another professional that there would be a lower spine and neck injury at all. The neck I wasn't even treated for. I feel scared posting this as I don't want to be abused further however I saw many older people seeking treatment and I want to make sure no one goes into this blindly. Get a second opinion and take someone with you so you aren't Co erced. It may work for some however the way the practice touts for custom and the lack of time to talk about treatment progress or need to stop treatment is not available.

This morning 05/06/2025 as I was walking down the stairs at Bury
Chiropractor clinic after finishing my disc session. I was confronted by a member of staff. Rather then saying hello Dr.... .., he called me by my first name when we have never met before! He did not introduce himself. I still don't know his name.
He stood on a higher step looking down at me. His body language, voice tone and a straight face showed a completely unprofessional attitude. Rather than inviting me to an office or a side room he talked to me on the staircase in front of other patients waiting for treatment!!
I couldn't believe it ! His mannerism was bordering on being thuggish !
If felt I was in a warehouse.
He threatened me to stop the treatment if I did not sign the credit agreement. I was delaying signing the agreement waiting to get answers on a couple of clauses.
This member of staff is unprofessional.
He doesn't respect Bury Chiropractor customers. He needs a training course in customer service. I don't want him to take any part in my treatment.
Very bad experience that I will never forget.

Feb 2025 - April 2025
I attended a spinal health check session that I saw on Facebook. Although I had no significant pain issues I was interested in if re-alignment would help with arthritis in the knees,and an unusual ache in my upper bum cheek/down the left shin, whuch had gone, but occurred quite intensely whilst on hilly Santorini.

I booked on for an assessment and had an xray showing a curve to the left of my lower spine and a compacted disc in the lowest vertibrae. I was advised to reduce back bends in yoga etc...and I know realise that the slight clicking & grinding in my lower back and ache in my bum cheek etc are all connected (sciatic nerve). This ensured that the manipulations on the rest of my spine including my neck were done safely. I signed up for the shorter of the 2 courses offered. My chiropractor, Ai Chen was excellent at explaining the does and donts and the manipulations freed up my upper back, neck tensions and some hip alignment.

I finished off with therapeutic massage. Liv has magic hands and reduced the swelling in my right knee with one massage, that I've had since endoscopic surgery nearly 12 years previously. Undid knots on one side of my back and tensions on the other, and came out although pummelled lol, feeling as light as a feather. Great job! I will be back!

Company is not patient care driven.

I had adjustments for many years and even though they are very much financial driven rather than patient care driven, I went because it is in a convenient location for my needs.
After not being able to book in for a couple of months (due to personal reasons) and told over the phone I could carry these appointments over, I was then told I cannot book for the un-booked appointments and will not receive a refund.
I offered to compromise to carry one month over which again was declined.
Without even asking about my well-being and reason for not booking, they chose to rather lose a customer.

I have seen with friends and family who have tried to book in for appointments a 'one solution fits all' approach. No matter what your symptoms, you will be told you need to sign up for an initial plan starting with adjustments 3 times a week. This will set you back around £700 in the first few weeks.

After leaving Bury Chiropractic, I asked for my x-rays and I was told these have not been kept on record.
When you go for your initial assessment, you are told it is important to pay for the x rays but at no point will they be kept on record, referred to or be re-taken.

The turn-over of staff at this company is quite high. I have had 6 different chiropractors who have left the company within a few years.

I would get a second opinion at another chiropractor before signing up to Bury Chiropractic and don't feel pressured to sign up for anything on your initial consultation.

Been going to bury chiropractic now for almost a year, they really do make a difference! Every member of staff always takes time to give you a warm welcome, it’s almost like home. I’m on maintenance now after my initial treatment and special praise must go to Ryan poh he adapts my treatment to suit my needs can’t rate him highly enough. More special praise must go to Carrieanne who sorts out our appointments she’s just awesome always makes you smile and always sorts your appointments to suit you! Fantastic place.

Great chiropractor with extremely friendly staff. I would recommend them 10/10.

I have recently started a course of chiropractic to try to reduce lower back pain the initial impressions have been encouraging. The staff are very attentive and explain what they are doing and I am very optimistic of receiving a positive result. I would advise anyone who is hesitant to give it a try.

So glad I did as it has changed my life. I was experiencing severe back pain, which being under 30 was worrying. Everytime I went to the Dr's they were just giving me more medication and not looking into the cause. The spinal check identified I had scoliosis which was causing all of the issues I experienced. The initial upfront cost can be a bit pricey, but it is all worth it in the long run. I now attend once a month for maintenance and have noticed significant improvement.

Tom and Jono are wonderful and make me laugh on every visit.
