Seamless conveyancing from Patricia and Bethany. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. When some problems arose on completion day, one phonecall to Patricia and it was resolved in ten minutes- excellent service, would recommend.

Didn't bother to reply to my enquiry (and follow up message) to arrange a meeting to prepare my will. I think this is rude and unprofessional. If they didn't want my business (which I've no idea why they wouldn't), a polite no thank you would have been in order. I've since found another firm and would not recommend this one.

Jayne Coddington refused to act on my instructions on more than one occasion. If she had done, then the matter would have been closed at least 6 months sooner, but instead cost myself more unnecessary money. She refused to send letters on my instructions and made me look weak. Jayne wasn't strong enough and shouldn't be allowed to take unnecessary monies when matters could have be solved long before. Jayne said I couldn't say and do things but the other parties solicitor did exactly that and was far stronger. The letter contained paragraphs that would have brought and end to matters sooner and stopped the other party saying things that I would have already explained. Steer well clear of this practice and save money that shouldn't have been spent if Jayne had acted upon my instructions.

I've had such a great service from Suleman at Burton & Co. I would highly recommend the firm - Suleman always responded promptly, kept me updated and provided such a great, personal, customer focused service; he made a massive difference during the sometimes very stressful process.
You often hear complaints about the conveyancing side of sale and/or purchase but I have nothing but praise for the company. Would definitely be my first choice next time around.
