Asked Burnetts Moving Service for an 8am start. Woke up at 7.55 to a text saying "outside, no rush". Got dressed, made coffee, came down at 8.10. They were just sitting in the truck reading their phones. Didn't honk. Didn't call. Just waited.
Arrived at the new place and the previous tenant's stuff was still there. Couch, bed, clothes. Awkward. Burnetts Moving Services didn't say "not our problem". Didn't leave. Just worked around it. Professional!
