Steering lock breakdown
Had an awkward breakdown where the steering lock stuck on whilst parked with the wheels at 45 degrees, was a right pain to load and unload but the driver did an awesome job, fantastic service!

Very pleased to have the help from this company. Their driver travelled down from Wolverhampton to recover our vehicle in Somerset. Spot on the time estimate we were given to arrive with us and friendly, efficient service.

Rac had left me on the side of road for 6 hours before they passed me over to these guys. Within an hour, Russ had arrived and got the car home. First class from Burke, woeful from the RAC. Thanks guys

Fantastic company 100% recommend to anyone.
Fantastic company, Mati, came to me when my car broke down and I needed to get to an important hospital appointment. He arrived within 30 mins ( I was very grateful that he arrived so quickly as I understand they are a busy company and it takes time to get to people, let alone they have other jobs todo). He plugged in his diagnostics machine and found the problem within minutes. He was so friendly and attentive and made me laugh when I was having such a stressful day. I was back on the road in no time and was only a few minutes late to my appointment. 100% recommend and would happily go with them again. Mati was fantastic.
Also in relation to other views below; no damage was done to my car, Mati was extremely careful and respectful with my car.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE, very in experienced operatives, used tracking arm to pull the car and damaged it, then lied about using the towing eye, did NOT ask for the towing eye as it wasn’t in the usual place, cost me £180 Reg - DJ12 ACH

Burke Bros Recovery 10/10!
The chain came off my motorcycle on the way to work, due to me not maintaining my motorcycle correctly, The Burke Brothers representative was there within 45 minutes, he was polite and friendly, my chain was sorted there and then and he gave me pointers on better bike care and maintenance, five star service, thank you!
