Used Burgess for an Executors Sale in Bexhill. They were professional and provided a sensible valuation. Whilst we were still awaiting Probate they showed a few potential buyers around, those who were not pushing for a quick purchase. The second viewing secured a purchaser, which went relatively smoothly to completion. Communication was good throughout the process.
