Tanya and Ben and the whole team at Burgess & Co were brilliant. They went above and beyond to get stuff sorted and remained calm, personable and professional throughout our house purchase. They held all the pieces together to ensure to get the sale through. While they were acting for their client (the seller) they were focussed on achieving a joint outcome for everyone. Definitely a team that put your faith back into Estate Agents and absorbed a lot of the stress and pressure invovled.

Ben Davey was very helpful, with wise advice initially. In the current climate I feel very fortunate to have had someone trying hard, and succeeding, to find me a buyer.

I had Burgess sell our property and they alway kept you updated and was happy to answer any questions any time. They were always polite and helpful, and even at the end when the process was going through they was always there for us. Right from the word go where I called in just to ask questions on the process of selling a house and throughout to completion the Team at Burgess and Co have been great at communication, polite and more than helpful.

They have been able to get trades people in to investigate and resolve an issue with the house quickly and without any pressure on me to go with their choice of trades people. I have been asked at every step of the way and full input.

They have kept in touch with the various solicitors throughout to not only keep the sale moving forward but to be able keep both myself as the seller and buyers up to date on the sale progress.
