Must be the worst value for money I've ever experienced! Almost €10 for a flavourless chicken royale sandwich with dry lettuce and a little more than a dozen chips. Had to go to EAT after, as I felt I had not even a decent snack If I could give this establishment less than one star I would.

Ordered a large burger meal - when I opened the bag of fries it looked like a standard (small) size. I went up to ask for a large size that I paid for and was told that was the large size - Maybe a dozen fries in a bag yet charged an extra 2 euros to go large. Disgrace how they can rip people off like this. I will never darken the door of BK again even if I have to die from starvation - which you prob would given the size of the portions... Outrageous

How is the burger size so small. €20 down and feel like i got nothing for it. Absolutely discussed. Never again
I would have been better of throwing my money in the trash.

I went to Burger Kind Dublin Airport terminal 2 and requested a Bacon Double cheese XL with extra loaded fries. The employee told me that the meal could not be processed and asked me to go to the self service instead. Before the manager could help me I heard him say tell him to go away while he was talking to the employee. The manager came and told me he was too busy I should just pay the difference. I asked him if he could not charge the right price and correct it later, he explained to me that it couldn’t be done and before we finished talking, he ordered me to leave the store. This is appalling behaviour from a customer service representative and it should be stopped. I was not helped as I was paying cash for my order and when I asked if nothing could be done on the machine side for me to order then pay cash, the manager rudely shouted, “ stand there forever, I’m done with you”.

I don’t know anything about the operations at Dublin airport T2 but this is unacceptable. The second employee who came to me told me, I’ll try and help and I explained that the same price was being charged, she threatened that I should go or else I’ll regret it.

To add insult to injury, when I tried to get her to help me as I was not going to pay for 2 meals yet there was a price for adding the extra item, I was threatened with them calling the cops on me. Words can not begin to describe my disappointment in the service I got from Burger King today.

I am a 6ft2 black guy and never in my wildest dreams have I been around a woman from any race, or anybody for that matter, telling me that they’ll call cops on me and they will be believed. I don’t what advantage she thought she has on me that when the cops come they will deal with me and not believe me. So much is at play here, I just can’t.

I could have gone through my whole life without experiencing such! Do better Burger King.

I was just in Blanchardstown in Dublin.
I got a meal. I threw the whole lot in the bin. €17.25 for a large gourmet double burger. The bacon was cold. The burger was dripping wet. I went up to complain and lad said bacon at room temperature and juices in the burger. I threw the whole lot in the bin. I’m now in McDonald’s.

Burger King in Birdhill Lots of flies everywhere on tables and near cutlery. Food is OK but could be hotter. Run by teenagers.

I've recently been through the drive thru in Burger King in Gorey a few times. On all occasions I was served by a very professional and pleasant young lady. Her name is Emma. She is helpful with suggestions and accommodation non standard orders. She is certainly a great ambassador for the company

I was in there with my kids and the secound the children tasted the food they got sick everywhere and all over my face then my wife started shouting at me even though it was burger kings fault the puke seemed to be acidly and burned through the tables we then had to pay for the tables because these guys poisoned me terrible tasting food aswell

Service was , food left on counter shouting a number and walking away. Opened the food.. OMG . Congealed cheese on the chips , food was cold and horrible. One order was thrown in the bin.Buy your drink at the shop because what I got tasted like diluted orange. I am absolutely shocked but I wont be caught twice .... never again.

Ashbourne Burger King is absolutely horrific!! Not one clean table in the place your sitting in dirt !! Food was freezing and the place was empty !! Overpriced dump

Absolute disgrace at belgard tallaght....34 minutes of a wait on a sunday evening in the drive thru....inside restaurant empty.....staff just chatting and laughing zero customer service , zero respect

I went to Burger King in Dublin airport t 2 with my 2 kids , we were very hungry and my kids were crying and it’s closed, but we met very kind man , he was cleaning the area in Burger King and he tells me wait and he call Burger King staff , another gentleman working there came and I think they gave us their own food , it’s from Burger King sandwich, I really like the situation and their kindness , they deserve the best , I don’t know their names but it’s night 23rd of October

Burger King Blanchardstown shopping center "Manager" "Laura" assaulted me today and made the whole staffs insult me. horrible

Navan drive thru is a disgrace. They always run out of product,actually ran out of cheese sauce 1time. Coffee machine never works. The last 2 times they had no minerals, got a cup of water with my meal the first time and a bottle the second time. Its actually unbelievable how many people give out in the town about it. The bacon looks uncooked and you just have to remove it if its in a burger. Try it out for yourselves but don't expect many available products or quantity. Every other burger King I've been in is perfect, this is just so poor they should close it

My daughter has a food allergy. Just the one but it's significant.
She was today catching a flight out of Dublin T1.
One of the longer flights from T1 and given the current overwhelming level of incompetent management of Dublin Airport by the Dublin Airport Authority, Ryan Air (which are blameless in this) sent an email requesting you arrive at least two and a half hours before your flight. So three hours drive to get there three hours early for the flight time she arrives at Dublin Airport.
Hungary she heads to Burger King and asks for a Whopper Cheese meal with water as the drink, and importantly, no sauce. She hates tomato ketchup both the tase and as the fructose (HFCS) (invert sugar syrup) in many cheaper ones gives her dreadful cramps and makes her violently ill.

"No, we have everything pre-made and we just heat them up in the microwave"

It's easy to see who she is on security camera, she's the one with the American group behind her traveling on in Europe. They heard the reply and took issue, walking away in the end.

And they were right!
There's no excuse for not making a burger to order. Especially when it's the main part of your USP and having made so many in advance, you should have plenty of time free to do your job properly.

Shame Burger King Shame.

Food made me ill, burger wasn’t heated up again fully can’t see myself using them again.
