Airport is cheap copies of Varna Airport

One star is already too much. Security officers whose role is to ensure passenger safety and implement security procedures, act in a manner that is aggressive, dismissive, and verbally abusive.
In particular, the security officer named Kamil insulted me during the screening process. During the baggage and security screening he responded in a harsh and disrespectful tone, and showed no willingness to communicate clearly. The situation may have resulted from either his personal ignorance or poor English proficiency.
Instead of providing guidance and ensuring a safe and orderly screening, the officer misused his position of authority and behaved as if his actions would remain without consequences.
This is not only disrespectful but entirely unacceptable for someone in a security position.

Aéroport hors de prix ! 17€ pour un hamburger, 4€50 la bouteille d eau… je n ai jamais vu de tels prix. C est incompréhensible pour la taille de cet aéroport, le peu d endroits disponibles pour l attente et les prix vus en Bulgarie.

Onbeschofte dames zijn jullie. Zo roepen op de passagiers in het Bulgaars. Schandalig. Maar echt roepen, echt niet normaal.
Jullie stuurden iedereen weg, terwijl de vluchten binnen de 2u viel.
Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Jullie horen daar niet. Ik hoop oprecht dat jullie bazen dit lezen.

Der Flughafen selber ist ok. Kurze Wege, übersichtlich. Aber das Personal ist furchtbar arrogant. Bin hier schon öfter geflogen, ist immer so. Dieses Mal haben meine Schuhe am Metalldetektor gepiept und der jungen MA hat daran was nicht gepasst. Ich musste sie ausziehen und warten. Irgendwann hat ein MA sie mir dann einfach wieder gegeben ohne,dass iwas damit gemacht wurde. Das war einfach nur Schikane.

Most of airport workers are very rude and can push you about this is the workers that put your in flight baggage through the X-ray machine herd several people say they would not come back to Bulgaria because of this the passport inspectors were very polite

Arriving absolutely horrendous queues to pass through passport control, and very slow.
On departure, terribly long queues for security then for passport control Thankfully my company got us to the airport three hours before departure and opened up the baggage drop off, which meant we had some decent time to relax before our flight in a brilliant outdoor area after passport control right near to the departure gates.

I love Sunny Beach, however it's got to the point that I am considering wether to come here again, as I think that this airport is terrible for arrivals and departures, although I realise that if I was arriving at a quiet time on a small plane it might be a lot better.

Огромные очереди. На контроле отобрали у ребёнка игрушку потому что служащей "не понравилось как она выглядела". И нигде, ни в одной стране мира, я не видела что б в Duty Free не были указаны цены в местной валюте - только в евро.

Disgusting place, not many place to sit comfortable, bad service. Gates Are too small. The worst AirPort i ever been to

Airports are always stressful for myself and my son, he has autism and struggles with queues and hates going though security, but I can’t fault this airport the assistance they provided was brilliant, such a smooth and calm experience, my son said it was the best airport experience he’s had in a long time. From checking in to getting to the gate was about 15 minutes. We’re a family of 5 and we all said it was so calm, the airport is light and airy too. Thank you so much for your help.

Na letišti jsem při odbavení měl stahovací pásek který ztratili na letu 3E173 a jestli že je pásek na letišti v Burgasu tak nehodlám čelit nějakým blbostem s tím že máte se mnou problém. Tak kdyžtak si to můžete vyvěsit na check-in 15

Lack of seats in the gates area. People have to spend at least one hour on their feet. However, the gated priority area with plenty of seats is empty. Unacceptable!

One of the males (dark, slicked back hair (probably mid 20's to 30 year old) on security has the worst attitude. Comments like "jesus christ, what is wrong with you people" are not welcome, nor is him barking questions at customers. His attitude stinks. Electricals placed in a bag in a tray which they would normally want separating but no, he hurried me through and then moaed to my wife about the electricals. As I am going to the scanner, he shouts in a shocking, accusative manner if I have items in my pockets (after sending me on my way). Do yourselves a favour Bourgas airport and sack this obnoxious individual.

Dnt think I can give it 1 star went to mcdonalds only got half of food went to shop for pop and she short changed me by 2lev untrustworthy workers

OK: wir kamen auch erst um 24:00 Uhr an.
Unsere Maschine von Sofie hatte über 2 Stunden Verspätet. Dafür aber absolut neuer Flieger.
Über Burgas Airport, um diese Zeit lief alles reibungslos. :-)

Unnecessary, long delays.
Some security staff very rude and officious.

Rude security staff! Shouting, not willing to work and at the end cosing delays! If possible choose Sofia or Istanbul instead!

Unless you change the security staff who work soooo slowly you won't find any increase on passengers or airlines! Rude and not working staff caused delays last Wednesday and some passengers wasn't able to board the plane! And you had 1 just ONE flight for the whole day. The woman with tattoo working as security was so arrogant and the other on the screen refuse to work at all!!!

This is the worst airport I have been to in the world. Very small, staff not interested in helping and clusters of people which made it difficult to see which desk they were waiting to check in on. There were several check in desks not being used, so why on earth would you double up on desks and have 6+ flights leaving very close to each other on one end of the check in are- people were outside waiting too. Very inefficient airport and staff very slow. God knows how this airport functions at peak season. Would give 0 stars if I could. You couldn’t pay me to return to this terrible airport. More like a cattle market.
The management of this airport need to get a grip and start providing a decent service.
