Easy to understand and make a informed decision when buying the correct furniture.

The only place I could find what I wanted. All of the other big office supply companies appear to sell the same chairs! My query (real leather? - yes) answered promptly and delivery was less than 48 hours.
Have been looking for a low back brown leather office chair for years, having to make do with short lasting 'bonded leather'. This chair is brilliant, expensive but should last for many years.

I bought an Ergotron monitor arm from Bureau. Mike did let me know in every step. i'm very satisfied with the customer service.

The keyboard I'd ordered originally arrived damaged in transit. It was replaced quickly and with no quibbles, and my email was answered with very little delay, so all in all a good service.

Do on-line stores really give this level of service still? It was so reassuring to be dealing with a real person, and they totally took the time to understand what I wanted. It may have been only a laptop stand but I will be buying other equipment from them in the near future.
