Poor didn’t receive what was purchased - ordered shaft with desired length. Came shorter than what was ordered. Offered another at a discounted rate? Not happy just want what I ordered.

Hi Chris,
We're sorry to hear you're disappointed.
As confirmed over email, the shaft supplied matches the 44.5" playing length that was ordered. As explained on our website, playing length refers to the finished length of the club once the shaft is installed into the driver head with a grip fitted, not the raw shaft length. This means the raw shaft is typically around 1" shorter than the selected playing length.
As this was a custom-built order made to your requested specifications, we're unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges for ordering mistakes. We did offer a discount voucher as a goodwill gesture should you wish to order again.
If you have any further questions about playing length, we're always happy to help.

Shaft was made and shipped next day. I have not seen the shaft yet as it was shipped economy.

Your order was dispatched correctly by us, however Australia Post unfortunately misrouted the parcel to Western Australia, which is outside of our control.
