Emailed Twice! No Response …
I have ordered from Bullyion previously and both times it was a nice quick delivery.
But… i have emailed the company twice since receiving my latest order (due to wanting to exchange the harness) and am still yet to receive a response from them.
I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me!

Wrong product sent, zero customer service
I ordered a 4cm collar and they sent me a 5cm collar.
I can see from other reviews that this isn't the first time they've sent a different collar width / size out due to stock issues.
Perhaps updating your website when things are out of stock would be good. Perhaps it would also be good if you didn't assume people want something completely different than they ordered.
Example being, If I order a medium T shirt and a large arrives, is that okay, even if they are the same design? No, it's not. So, why is it acceptable here to be palmed off with something other than ordered.
To make matters worse, I have emailed them three times, and a week has gone by with no reply about how we can rectify this situation. Really poor customer service.

Dear Art,
Hope you are well.
As indicated you have not properly entered your address when ordering.
Due to you omitting to include your house number when ordering DHL cannot find your address.
Entering your correct details is imperative in providing a seamless service.
Now that you have communicated your house number & we have advised DHL they should be able to deliver to you.
Hope that resolves the issue for you.
Best regards

Absolutely Banging Harness
Absolutely banging product! (Blue Trinity dog Harness)
I have an XL bully so it is absolutely vital that my dog cannot escape as he would be treated as a threat and probably killed. It is for this reason I needed QUALITY, ad that is exactly what I got! I have used Bully Billows and Hunter Hounds, they were okay but I won't be going back - the actual harnesses are very similar, the difference being this is made with much more impenetrable, it's got very tough body (minimalistic but very heavy duty(, Metal clips (Bully Billows downgraded on some of the harnesses, this brand is definitely more expensive but worth every penny! Will switch everything over when the other stuff gets tatty, very impressed so far!
Incredibly satisfied! Thanks a bunch

Crap customer service
I was not informed from the outset that the collar is ordered was out of stock. Instead, the company took my money and then sent me what they thought would be an appropriate substitute. When I contacted Bullyion, they apologised and said I'd have to send the wrong item back before I would receive my refund.
Really poor customer service, and I will not purchase from the company in the future.

Dear Darren,
Hope you are well
In response to your compliant firstly can we apologise that we sent you an alternative product; you ordered a 5cm width collar and we sent you a 4cm collar.
Due to the unprecedented demand for our products stock is selling very fast, sometimes what is showing in our system in stock does not "marry" up with what is in the location points in the warehouse when being picked; this is due to human error.
When this is the case our fulfilment staff use their initiative and send a closely aligned alternative product, in your case there was a 1inch difference in the width of the collar so they assumed that would be acceptable.
We offered to collect the item from you at our cost and upon receipt refund you in full but you refused and decided to keep the collar.
In addition, as you requested, we have refunded you the difference in the price between the two items of £1 (One Pound).
Hope that now resolves the issue for you
Kind Regards, From The Bullyion Team.
The best quality on the market

AVOID!
AVOID!!
Really disappointed with my experience with this company.
I ordered a collar with embroidery, and unfortunately the quality of the finished product was well below what I would consider acceptable. The embroidery looked poorly done and not up to a reasonable standard.
When I contacted them, they pointed to their “no returns on embroidery” policy and refused to offer a proper resolution. While they did offer to refund the £8.99 embroidery fee as a “gesture of goodwill,” they would not take responsibility for the overall quality of the item itself.
I completely understand that personalised items can’t usually be returned for preference reasons—but that shouldn’t apply when the product is clearly substandard. A policy shouldn’t be used to avoid responsibility for poor workmanship.
Overall, very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service. I wouldn’t recommend based on how this issue was handled.

Dear William,
Hope you are well
Thank-you for the picture and explanation that the only issue was that the embroidery was just off centre.
Our products & embroidery quality have been well received by thousands of customers in the UK & abroad. This is the first compliant we have ever had for our embroidery & we apologise if you are unhappy.
Our operators place the embroidery in the best locations they possible can and several considerations have to be taken into account:
1) The layout of the word & length as they can vary
2) The product configuration & its stitch lines
3) The adjustments of the product when extended
Its a complicated process hence why we specify in the terms & conditions when embroidery is ordered that it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason whatsoever.
As you are unhappy & as a gesture of goodwill we have refunded you for the embroidery of £8.99.
Kind Regards,
From The Bullyion Team.
