Purchased from this website a 5 Gram PAMP Suisse Arabian Horse Gold Bar (New w/ Assay) fo my unborn daughter. They cancelled due to “has been canceled due to our internal reviews process, for fraud” and they are advising me to make a bank wire purchase.
I want to specify that I had bought with this CC before precious metals from eBay, Apmex and never had any issues.
If this company doesn’t want people to use their CC to make purchases they shouldn’t give that option.

BUYER BEWARE! If you need to coordinate anything directly with BullionMax, you can expect to deal with horrendous customer service, utterly inept leadership, scam artist policies, and ultimately good luck recovering your funds. Should you have to return anything, BullionMax may or may not refund some or part of your money at their discretion. I strongly recommend you review their fine print T&C language as it explicitly states essentially that they have every right to retain your money at their discretion.

try emai them and said looking on to it few days gone by and didn't said anything so I cancel it from my bank

I have been waiting almost a month for the delivery of my coins. FedX shows that the package has not been received, although it was supposedly shipped almost 2 weeks ago. I have contacted BullionMax several time, but always get a generic, "we are looking into the matter". I can't get them to either re-ship or refund.

I will never use them again.

On 9/20 I placed a order for 2 10 ounce bars, I paid with e check , it took that night for it to be taken out of account after calling them 5 mins after I did transaction to find out why they charged almost 50.00 dollars in tax and I live in Mississippi where Governor Reeves stopped all tax on metal's over a year in a half ago, I told them to take tax off or cancel order, they said when they make a mistake they fix it and they had sent this to be taken care of, well they didn't instead at midnight on the 20th they took money out of my checking after me telling them to either get tax off or cancel order, on the 21st I contacted them again after sending the order to them where Governor Reeves stopped the taxing of metal's and had told them to take tax off or cancel they still took money out of my checking, today is the 27th and I still haven't gotten my money back, it took them about 12 hour's to take money out of my account after telling them fix it or cancel order but here it is 7 day's later and haven't gotten my almost 750.00 back, I had to drive a hour round trip to go to my bank today and sign papers to let my bank recover my money from them, I called them twice and they where very rude , I have been buying metal's a longtime and never had anyone else try to tax me or be so rude, I will never buy anything else from them , to have to involve my bank to get my money back is unbelievable, I gave bank original order and where it had been canceled. I want people to have a heads up on them so this don't happen to other's.

I ordered online and did a wire transfer. It took 4 days for them to even recognize my payment after it left my bank. I did finally receive my order exactly as placed. I just called with a product question and was given scripted answers with no flexibility. I only buy about $2000 a month in PM so I am not a power buyer.
I am searching for a smaller bullion company with better service.
