Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Best price I could find.
Also had a problem with Courier delivery and one of the packages was returned as damaged. Bulksupemarket customer service proactively called me to see if there was any problem. Also emailed me and damaged items replaced that day.
Will definitely use again and would recommend them

Good service and communication
First time using this company and was pleasantly surprised. Website easy to navigate and secure checkout. Was emailed to confirm my order and delivery timescale 3-5 working days. Contacted again by phone and email to confirm delivery date and asked if it was convenient for me. Driver very helpful and polite. Will definitely use this company again. Communication & politeness was the key to good service

Not Bulk Supermarket fault
Item was posted, but DPD failed to deliver it first time, (parcel box available but they ignored it, also ignoring the fact we have neighbours who will accept parcels) then total damaged it the second time despite proper packaging for delivery. Then item is out of stock unable to reorder due to Dopey Parcel Delivery service. Unable to source item from anywhere else. Bulk Supermarket contacted me to explain, but would not recommend DPD as delivery service

Sadly DPD the courier failed to deliver my order due to damage.
However the bulksupermarket Customer Service department have been excellent.
Must check to see if my refund has been made.

Delivery concerns
Delivery prompt but Evri don't seem to attempt a 2nd delivery when nodody's available to sign for it unlike DPD who you also have the option to change the delivery day. The delivery is to an office so only Mon-Fri is really suitable.

Absolutely 💯 on key
Absolutely 💯 on key. My daughter loves these and she is autistic. So she has pacific things she likes and stuff. We can't always get these but this place I came across by accident but a brilliant accident it was. Well worth it. Definitely recommend this

Items arrived damaged and split open (box and tins) with no response from customer service after numerous emails.
