The hose I bought was supposed to shrink back to pocket size after use and it doesn’t. I’m very disappointed.

I had orderes2 Pocket Hose Copper Head 50 ft. hoses, 2 safe trak, and2 Pocket Hose Pocket Pivot, but so far I have only received of each of these items. The order number is 25125100. I sent email to customer service bulb head on 8/11/25 and so far I have not received a response back.

I hadn't heard of your company, but I did my research, and you were top rated. I had an ink stain on my new beige chair and a terrible dark mud stain from my dog on a pillow from the same set. I held my breath a sprayed the areas. At first the wet areas were darker and I feared that would be the new stain. Disappointed, I left the pillow and the chair alone overnight. The next day, I timidly looked, and both stains were gone! Like magic! No residue of your product was seen! Just clean areas on my new beige furniture! Great product! I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family!

Before the issue I need to say I researched and this hose and it was a good price and highly rated by customers. Unfortunately after putting in my credit card info on the Bulb Head website the upsale begin immediately. Do you want it UV rated for outside? Add this. Do you want swivel? Add this price. Huge discount for qty of 3. My inexpensive hose I wanted was now almost $300!!! I backed out of the site but unfortunately they had my information. I responded to the confirmation and asked to cancel the order. They sent me a single hose. I was billed for 1 and everything was fine. Then came the bill for 2 more with no shipment of additional hoses. I can’t reach anyone by phone. Emails come back undeliverable. If you want this, buy from Amazon and stay away from this company, Bulb Head. I’m still trying to get credit. They’ve created a huge headache for me. Not a fan at all and I do not recommend

I recently purchased the Angel Wing seat cushions. I was in real need for something to cushion my hips for the hour long drive to practice every Monday night. I also have one in my office chair and they do the job. I recommend these highly.

I would never buy from this company (BukbHead) again!

Sold me multiple products and when warranty failure occurs and time for bulb head to step they run and bombard the consumer with lame excuses and lies! Run don’t walk from this company!

I have been waiting since June 16, 2025. I have sent four emails, I have NO return response. When you call the customer service number you will speak with a very apologetic person that I can’t understand. They will find your order and tell you to wait a few days that it is on the way. I say bullshit. I’m now in the process of getting my PayPal refunded.

Bulbhead sells factory rejects depending on a less than 90% return, This is a shit based ripoff company

On 7/9/2025 I ordered a 25-foot Copper Head Pocket hose that I had seen on a TV add. When I got my receipt it was for 2-50 foot hoses, I immediately sent an email to customer service to cancel this order for 2 hoses and just send me the one 25 foot hose as seen on TV. After waiting a full day without any response from either site I received an email that my messages had not been delivered because the recipients email system refused to accept a connection from my email system. I then called the customer service number and talked to a representative and was told that I could not have the order cancelled and would have to refuse delivery, I explained that I live very rural and the package would be left in a delivery box. I was then told to take the package to USPS or UPS to return the items and I would be credited back for the return. Since the call on 7/14/25 I have not received any message or notice that package has been shipped or any kind of reason for delay. My credit card was immediately charged which most companies do not do until item is shipped!!

I have reached out to customer service 5 x's via Email. They have never responded. It was a simple question on how to obtain a power source for the Delux Ruby power Scrubber.... No responses at all , it is like they do not exist.

Very poor customer service service poor communication

I’m still waiting!!! I ordered 3 pocket hoses and other attachments on Tuesday, June 24. I’m in NY pocket hoses are supposedly in NJ. $230 instantly charged to my Visa. It’s been 8 days now and Still no sign of shipment and no tracking!!! They have offered some compensation which I took for the inconvenience, but I want my hoses. They’re used in the SUMMER!!!

I wouldn’t recommend either company at this rate!

Ordered my item and was charged that day. A couple days later was charged a random $1… which I found odd. Took a couple of weeks for me to receive my item, and when I did it was so poorly packed that it came completely busted. I immediately took pictures and reached out to the company but got no response. Tried again and still no response. Will not order from the company again, and will warn others to avoid as well

I havent even received the product nor do I want to. I was so appalled at the customer service I just had to write. I bought the copper hose from the site through facebook but changed my mind in 20 min. I called customer service and tried to cancel the order. I was told it would take 24 hours to process but they would cancel. I called back the next day and not only did they not cancel but they packed the order. They said just dont accept or return. They gave no Qr code or RMA number. They said the shipper would know. Even if the product is ok given my experience i would stay away from them.

I ordered the wrong thing and immediately called to cancel the order. The girl I talked to took all my information and said it would be cancelled within 48 hours. I checked in 48 hours and it wasn't cancelled so I called again. The second girl had a strong Indian accent and I had to have her repeat herself numerous times. She said it was too late to cancel and that I would have to refuse the delivery--which is impossible unless you sit at your front door. My husband let me know that I had to pay a stupid tax for using a company I didn't know. I agree with him and it rivals CA taxes in expense. NEVER order anything from this company.

Bulbhead has terrible customer service. I’ve called 4 times to talk to a supervisor and they say they will can me back in 24-48 hours. No one has called me back and I don’t think they will.

The telephone connection is always bad and you can’t understand them clearly.

The product was good but I had to return 4 of the Pocket Hoses and the return charge was $34.11 and they will not reimburse me.

Don’t order because you will not get customer service!
