Our expandable BulbHead hose was purchased and connected in the back yard. Within a few weeks, the hose completely failed and turned into a giant soaker hose, with zero pressure making it to the nozzle. I contacted BulbHead and they were very dismissive of the issue, demanding a receipt of purchase, and not standing behind their product. Never buy a BulbHead product.

First off they charged my credit card 94.00 now when I go to use the hose it does nothing but not up not happy please advise

I purchased a 100 foot long Copper Top Pocket Hose from BulbHead during the summer of 2023. It split last week, and I contacted Customer Support for assistance. The agent was very helpful, and I received an updated version of the original style 5 days later. This experience has renewed my confidence in mail order retailers standing behind their products and warranty policies. BulbHead, A JOB WELL DONE!!

Ordered 2 cans and then when offered a special deal for a 3rd can, I ordered it as well. I received the 2 cans, but never received the 3rd can. I sent 2 separate emails to customer service (that’s a joke). They never even had the courtesy to reply.I guess it was more important to steal my money, than to have me as a repeat customer!

Everything that I have ordered from you all has been accurate and superb! I love it all

CUSTOMER SERVICE - NON- EXISTANT - order placed without me knowing by a 10 year old - reached out IMMEDIATELY. Then several more times with in 24 hours to CANCEL and weeks later still NO RESPONSE.
card charged, package shipped, and delivered and still NO RESPONSE.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered a copperhead hose which never showed up. I emailed their customer service and got no response. I then called and was told my order was shipped but got damaged during shipment. She asked if I would like it reshipped. They did not reach out to me and tell me of the issue, they waited for me to call them. I will never order from this company again. Waiting to see if I get reimbursed.

I ordered four of the Star Shower laser lights for Christmas then they lost half of the order witch probably wasn't Bulb Heads fault, so I only got two of the four I ordered and got the other two after Christmas, but my main complaint is these things dont do half of what they show on tv all they do is shine red and green laser dots on your house and to cover a large house as seen in the commercial you'd need about twenty of them and it still wouldn't look anything like the commercial and unless you have them no more than ten feet away the red lights disappear so the next time you watch the commercial and they turn one Star Shower on and the entire house is lite up like the Christmas tree at Rockefeller center the either have a hundred of those things or its computer generated so my thing about Bulb head is if I'm going to have my name attached to a product I'm going to make sure its not a total scam

Purchased the ID Police stamper to block out personal info on discarded papers, prescription labels etc. Well it sure works to block type but the ink NEVER dries! Smears like crazy; what a mess!

On 7/26/25 I placed order # 25122236. It was sent via USPS to my home address and my package was not delivered. On 8/9/25 I sent an email to customer service explaining why the package was not delivered. In Ketchum ID there is no delivery to home address, you receive mail and packages at a P.O. Box. On 8/12/25 customer service sent me back my email with no explanation. I am really disappointed.

I attempted to place an order for the Bull Shot Grease cleaner and there was pricing for 1, 2, or more. Even though I wanted to order 2, my cart showed the price for 2 cans at the single can price for each. Granted, it's only a $2 difference, but still..... I emailed about it, but got no response. This experience has changed my mind about purchasing it.

Do not buy Bulbhead's Duck Vacuum cleaner. Bulbhead offers no product warranty other than the initial 30-day refund policy. My Duck Vacuum , only five months old, recharged once and now will not recharge at all any longer.

The hose was exactly as advertised. Easy to put on the facet and to store.

Misled by poorly written description of product. Forced to pay restocking fee anyway. SCREWED !!!!

The products I have purchased thus far work as advertised which is refreshing. The products offered are also unique and not easily available in stores or other sites. Bull shot was a big hit with my family and resulted in a back up order. removing long set stains from coffee and other spills making the carpet look like new. The same occurred with the chair leg pads. they adhere well, make the chairs slide smoothly and leave no marks. Once on they never fall off.

I tried to open my account.....but my word wasn't accepted. It tried to change my password.... NO. I won't have a dozen different passwords. I've got 2, one for sites where there is no money involved, and one password where my credit cards are attached. I was going to get a txt message with a security code.... I don't have smart phone? Is my only option to close my account?
