Hard to find blunt wraps…
Ordered some hard to find blunt wraps very well priced and I chose the cheapest shipping about a week later I received the exact ones I ordered and very fresh btw happy with my purchase will definitely be ordering again.

Buyer Beware
When you order a item from them if they don't have it instead of refunding they send what THEY think is a replacement. Then when you contact them about they sent what you did not order they will let you know it was not in stock ( I read other reviews on this after the fact). Then they will proceed to inform you that you get no send back or refund and offer 1/2 off store credit. Why would I want a store credit when this is the business practice of the company. I would suggest for anybody reading this to stay clear of this shady company, because you as a customer means nothing but a dollar sign to them. In other reviews I have seen that the only time they want to reach out is when the (target) customer leaves a complaint on consumer affairs or BBB. Use this business at your own risk.

Thank you for the order . The item you received could have easily return via our automated software . If you decided to keep it is out of our control but our return process is pretty straight forward and easily to use.
You write a 1 star review is your choice but you could easily return item and gotten a full refund .
We have bad reviews but we have over 1000 5 starts across all review platforms versus our competitors which pay to delete all the bad ones .
BBB has no right or control or any power over any business. They are just another business selling you a service to be acredites which has no benefit at all.
We been in business over 9 years and have 0 complaints . And have over 29,000 satisfied clients .
If you want a refund all you has to do was return the item using our self guided return process for which you would get a prepaid label

The package was received damaged resulting in two packages of cigars (10) broken. Would appreciate a replacement of the two packs damaged (a total 10 cigars).

I will NEVER buy or recommend this…
I will NEVER buy or recommend this brand to anyone. It completely crumbled in my hands right out the package. All 3 of them. Even water didn’t help. This is a horrible brand and such a huge waste of money.
I bought the Honey Berry 3 pack. It’s just $1.99 and I still want that back because this wasn’t worth it.

Do not order from this website
Update 3-1-2024.... After leaving reviews on different sites they finally responded trying to push blame on me. I only received one email from them, but all good, order was cancelled and money refunded, so I'm happy.
Ordered cigars from them a week ago and still they have not even shipped. I have emailed numerous times and I only heard from them once. I have tried to cancel order and have them refund my money and they still won't respond. I'm guessing they are running some kind of scam, as I am now finding out others have had the same complaints.

You ordered derringer filtered cigars which we emailed you to let you know about a brand switch to Cheyenne and we would cover difference and price., and never received response from you so order was on hold and we cancelled it after not receiving response within 7 days from the email we sent . We are sorry you feel that way and think we a scam but I can assure you we are not , and unlike our competitors we don’t delete or pay to delete and review regardless of good or bad , we learn and try to change , and that is the reason we have grown to 50,000 clients and one of only stores with over 600 verified reviews on good and over 330 on trustpilot.

What they say and do is too different things.
November 24th I placed an order for Black Ops torpedoes with Buitrago cigars. Order was confirmed that day. December 1st contacted Buitrago cigars in regards to this order, it had not shipped and no contact from Buitrago about it. December 6th I receive three emails two stated that the Black Ops torpedoes had been shipped one with the tracking number. Cigars arrived Saturday, what I received where TORO not what I ordered. This is twice I have order Torpedoes and received Toro’s, first order was in October, I figured it was a honest mistake. Twice in a row means you are selling items you do not have. If you want a cigar shop that’s sells what they don’t have and will say anything and not back it up this is the place for you.
