My recent order came days late of ordering, I did receive a $15 refund which was helpful a bit, but did make me question using Buitrago for ordering again. I will be ordering soon & give another chance as previous orders have been great & on time.

I made an order it was refunded with no explanation, I had an order before this one where I only got 1/2 of the order, and they refunded 1/2 the cost. I sent them a message and let them know, I was not a happy camper. I am guessing this is why my current order was refunded. I have found another company and will get my cigars 4 weeks faster than Buitrago can deliver. What I want to know is how can you not charge sales Tax and excise tax when all the other Cigar companies do. Maybe I will contact my state tax office and let them know you are shipping products to our state and not charging taxes! Then why didn't you send me a message saying that the Cigars were damaged? I didn't get a message from you on your website or in an e-mail. So what am I to think? I loved that you refunded part of my money for the 2nd order. 1st order I got the whole order it was in the 2nd order I only got 1/2 of the order. Then you refund the 3rd order and do not say why! *Update* Ok I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 I am happy with your answer. You do not need to give me a $30 credit. I will continue to do business with your company. You do have the best prices. I have found and are about 40% cheaper than buying from Giant Eagle. So I am satisfied, if you refund any money to me for a future order, Please send me a message or an e-mail to let me know why, and when you will have another order ready. Thank You very much!

Thank you for your comment, let us clarify, your first order was ship incorrectly and we refunded you the missing part
The second order the item we receive from manufacturer was damage and we decided not to ship you damage cigars and refunded your order
Sales tax we are registered in our home state
Our website clearly state customers are responsible for their sales tax in their home state; that policy is clearly in the website and in the invoice
We are not requiere to register with your state unless we meet certain criteria . If our competitors are collecting and reporting is because they sell more than us which most likely they do since they been open longer than us since we only been doing for 7 years.
We tried to satisfy every customer but we are not perfect and we are human and make mistakes.
We sincerely didn’t want to ship you dried cigars or damaged packaging but these things happen during transit time with shipping carriers and the ones we received were damaged due to UPS dropping box.
You are right we should have mentioned in the email cancellation that the item was damaged . I will make note of that and train service to include notes so customers can see them .
We hold no grudge with no customer we ship wether they write bad or good reviews . Money is money .
I will add $30 as store credit in hopes we can continue relationship in the future
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience
