I had all but given up on all the apps out there. Counting calories and putting in all the foods I eat was overwhelming, and I never got past breakfast in the past. Either the game changed, or BWS changed the game, because I'm still amazed at how easy it is to log everything. Their database has all the foods that I eat and made setting everything up easy. I've enjoyed the AI feature much more than I originally thought, diving into exercise tips, nutrition help, and tracking my progress. It's been huge. While I'm sure there are other variables to the progress I've seen over the last month, BWS undoubtedly is one of the biggest reasons. It holds so much in the app that I don't have to hold in my head, which I think is what left me feeling so tired and taxed out in the past.

I downloaded this app after seeing their ad on a workout video on YouTube. That was 15 months ago and I haven’t looked back. I have transformed myself. Tons of great advice, videos that show you how to do the workouts. Tracks all of your food right down to the macros, and tons and tons of functionality that makes the app very personalized. The AI trainer that you can talk to anytime knows all of your workout and eating history so it gives you advice that is just for you. Somebody really thought this through before releasing it, and they add features all the time that just make it easier and easier to use. I could not be any happier.

This app is impeccable.
It's very thorough and helps you understand not only the importance of exercising but also about the importance of monitoring our nutrition. Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellness.

I have used this for 14 months and counting! Absolutely incredible app. It not only gives me the most appropriate personal training plan for my goals, but it also keeps track of my weight and nutrition. I would absolutely recommend it!

Great app to learn how to workout like a pro and teach out how to track nutrition. The lessons are great for beginner and intermediate levels. I like how everything is based on the latest science and it explains the science and how to apply it. My only wish is the app tracked women's cycles. I believe that is in the works. They are great at listening to community feedback and constantly improving.

I’m a big fan of the app with all of its features that make exercising and following nutrition easily. Everything you need is available in the app and is organized very well. I’ve been super happy to test the app and provide feedback. The team takes it super serious and is always trying to improve as much as they can.

The app really takes all the guesswork out of both workouts and nutrition, while simultaneously being tailored to your own personal life, experiences and situation. It's being actively improved, with major updates coming out regularly, and the team is really nice and responsive as well. Is it perfect? Not yet. But it's already very usable and it will only get better.

I can say unequivocally that BWS is the best fitness app I've encountered. While not perfect (what app is?), the seemingly minor gripes I have with it are things that are future fixes on the roadmap.

Not only is the app subscription a great bang for the buck, the customer service team has been super responsive to potential feature requests (such as adding a custom workout selector). Otherwise this is as close to perfect as an app I've used. It is a no BS, highly intuitive work that's well thought-out and actually *cares* about users, as opposed to things like MadMuscle that are an absolute moneygrab.

As someone that struggled with tracking nutrition (and impeded my own exercise goals as a result), BWS has been a massive help. Can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic programs and even better customer service!

I rarely leave reviews, but honestly the BWS workout programs are excellent—well-structured and easy to follow. I used to go to F45 before but by using this app, I feel more motivated to workout than ever.

What really prompted me to write a review was their customer service. I recently reached out to let them know I was facing an unexpected surgical procedure and wouldn’t be able to use the app for 3 months. Not only were they understanding, but they proactively extended my subscription so I wouldn’t lose out on the money I paid. Wow! 🤩

In a world where it’s hard to cancel things, it was incredibly refreshing to have a company voluntarily pause and extend my plan. A great product backed by a team with integrity. Thank you! 💜

I have been using Built With Science programs for several years now, first with pdfs and now with the app. Initially, I subscribed because of injuries that I did to myself after trying to follow workout videos. I must say that this program helped me to improve a lot in my strengh and in my exercise form without any new injury. The nutrition advice are of great scientific value and help a lot if you stay consistent. The app adds very nice features such as the all-in-one place for the whole program, the AI which helped me to build a personalized program, and also the meal scan. I strongly recommanded this to any relative who wanted to start a serious workout and nutrition plan.

Its complicated and i hate it also if you subscribe there is no way to unsubscribe unless you change your card

I LOVE BWS. The app is incredible, easy to use and they are consistently updating it and making it better. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy and his team at a focus group this summer, and to see how they all work together to make fitness easy and attainable for all people is incredible.

My own personal growth, both fitness and other wise, has been in large part to this company.

It’s a good mix of workout and nutrition tracking. I thought I could never replace cronometer but this has worked really well, but it’s also aware of my workouts and gives me guidance and videos. I like that I can say what gear I have and it tailors the workouts and gives me swaps. I look forward to the weekly nutrition adjustments which always make sense. The Jeremy ai feature is really good too, seems like it’s just ChatGPT but with full awareness of your nutrition and stats. Overall, I prefer this to the nippard and Israetel apps. I didn’t continue past the trial period with those, but I subscribed after the trial with this.

Love this app. I was a premium subscriber back when they used PDF’s and Google Sheets, and despite not being a fan of having to pay again for the app, overall — I’m so glad I did. Great app, user friendly and has everything you need in one place and with each update, it runs smoother and smoother. I would highly recommend

My one feedback is to add a way to sync with other apps like Fitbit, so it can track your steps.

I've been using BWS+ app for about 3 weeks now and I can say I'm really satisfied. The guidance about when to level up your volume is essential for me, mainly because keeps you motivated in every session. Also, Jeremy AI is really helpful when you don't know how much weight you should get for a specific exercise, for example. The results are REAL!! I couldn't recommend more.

I signed up about 7 months ago after seeing Jeremy's YouTube clips for a couple of years. I was spinning my wheels at the gym, no gains, still soft at the midsection; when he launched the challenge in the summer I decided to give it a try. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I'm not good at tech and even I find it intuitive and easy to use but most importantly, it has motivated me to be disciplined and accountable to myself, with amazing results! The combination of training and nutrition advice and guidance is the secret- it's like having a personal trainer and diet expert in your pocket. Bonus- the AI Jeremy feature is very, very good; I feel like I am talking to a real person and advice is superb. BTW I'm 65 years old and have lots of gym experience but have never seen results like I'm getting with BWS+. If it can work for me it can work for anyone!
