Buildexcess Recensioni

Really happy with the overall experience dealing with this building products supplier. They have a great range of building materials and products available at very reasonable prices compared to other suppliers. The quality of the products is good, and everything was straightforward from start to finish.

The team was friendly, helpful and easy to deal with, which makes a big difference when purchasing building materials. It’s always good to find a supplier that offers competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

Overall, a positive experience and very happy with the products and service provided. Would definitely consider purchasing from them again for future building projects and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, good quality building supplies.

Extremely disappointing experience – order not received and tracking concerns
I purchased and paid for a 4m x 6m carport from Build Excess.
Before I made payment, communication was good. My calls and questions were answered promptly. Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly after I completed checkout and paid for the order.
I repeatedly requested proper freight tracking information. I was eventually provided with a tracking/reference number, but I was not initially given the courier details needed to independently track the shipment.
I have tried calling repeatedly over approximately a week and have sent multiple emails requesting information about the location and status of my order.
I subsequently contacted Allied Express myself regarding the tracking information I had been provided. Based on the response I received from Allied Express, I became seriously concerned about whether my order had actually been presented to the carrier for delivery.
I have paid for the carport and, at the time of writing this review, I have not received my goods.
I also searched for an Australian Business Number (ABN) registered under the name “Build Excess” and was unable to locate one under that business name. I would encourage prospective customers to independently verify the business details before making a purchase.
My experience has left me extremely concerned, and based on what has happened with my order, I cannot recommend purchasing from Build Excess.
I am now requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.
I will update this review if my order is delivered, a full refund is provided, or the matter is otherwise resolved.
