I have been renting golf club buggies since a minor stroke in January,eventually convinced the wife to part with a bit of cash.Left a message to call me back when available,got a call same day from Jon,it was a Sunday so very surprised.he gave me lots of info as well as ensuring it would fit into my Ford Focus.Recieved my new buggy on Tues by courier,(couldn't collect has I live quite a way from Bradford}.I live within 1/2 mile from my golf course so drove it there on mobility speed.Can't find fault with the handling and versatility on the course.All in all very happy with the buggy and thank you Jon for making the purchase an easy ride.Also to Matt for the follow up email with all the instructions.

Matt organised a home trial. Just what I needed to reassure me that a 76yr old female could load and unload the buggy from a car. Ordered and arrived swiftly. Was able to drive off the delivery pallet and into the car with the use of the remote attachment. Great on the course and much admired.

Excellent company to deal with the phone is always answered Matt or Jon are a pleasure to talk to my used buggy arrived on time on a pallet well protected very pleased with it it now resides at my golf club buggy store where it is on trickle charge 24/7 used it once up to 13 hole and it still had 7/8 of the battery left i actualy drove it to the club via the footpaths which i was suprised it fitted on but no problem i would not hesitate to recommend them for a purchase

hi Gents just thought I would put a bit of my experience in an email together for your reference expressing my delight on my purchase of my new buggie for you gents.

While struggling to.walk round a golf course since me hip.and lag issues. Pain been the main restrictions.

Playing off a handicap of 11 before issues with my hip and leg pains preventing me.from enjoying going to play golf. Over a 3 year period of persevering with the pain seeing specialists and spending / wasting money on doctors to no avail. I found myself struggling to play golf without an expensive course buggie rental. ok it helped but became an expensive round of golf with an average buggie rental for the round been £30.00 on top of the course greens fee.

So been a proud man in my late 50s I was reluctant to and embarrassed to turn up at the golf club with my own single seated buggie. Well with trying to mix playing with other without a buggie it become apparent that I had to make a decision. Stop golf or play with an expensive course buggie.

Well after doing my due diligence I took the decision to find the best buggie around. So buggease came to the top of my decision.

Went to see them in Bradford for a demo. 10 mins chat and selection of buggie to suit my needs I bought one. Jon kindly demonstrated how easy it was to fit in the back of my car. Ramps bought and loaed I paid.for the new buggie and off in went.

Played my first round of golf pain free and enjoyed it using the buggie. Handed the course well and not one issue with hills and slops. Weather and ground firm but felt safe in the buggie and from start to finish 18 holes was a pleasure to get round.

Bought my buggy in May 2023. I played around 20 rounds of golf in 2023 and 2024, but have played more this year (around 20 rounds so far), so I have used the buggy for about 60 rounds of golf since buying it.

In May 2025 the buggy suddenly stopped working during a round, fortunately about 150 yards from the 18th green, and my playing companions were able to push it for me. Rang Matt and arranged to drop it in to the workshop for repair. The repair was done quickly, but the workshop had not been told I was bringing it for a repair that day - seems this is a common occurrence when dealing with Matt. Turned out to be a wiring issue that had ‘been there from the start!’ The company still charged me £40 for the repair, however!

Last week (11 June 2025) I noticed a problem with the chair. A bolt was loose which secured the base of the chair and further inspection showed that the hole in the chair, which the bolt screwed in to, had collapsed inwards, meaning it was no longer possible to fasten the bolt. In effect the chair was no longer of any use and needed to be replaced.

I contacted Matt (Wednesday) and paid £200 for a replacement chair. Matt was originally going to have it delivered on Thursday, but as I was at a funeral this was changed to Friday.

The chair did not arrive. Contacted Matt late on Friday for an update - apparently (!!) a courier issue and it would now be delivered on Monday (today)

Now 5.45pm Monday and chair still not arrived.

So the buggy has lasted 60 or so rounds before two repairs were needed - one to repair an issue that shouldn’t have needed repairing (but I was charged for even so) and the second to replace the original chair that had lasted only 60 rounds.

And I am still waiting for the replacement chair, having not arrived on the original scheduled delivery date, nor the revised delivery date.

My experience of the product and the company has not been good. I do not recommend.

Got my buggy three weeks ago used it six times love it and John and mat very helpful

Contact with Matt and Jon has always been good, but when my new buggy was delivered and found damaged during delivery their response was excellent and a second buggy delivered within 2 days. Cannot compliment or thank them both enough.

I’ve just bought my first buggy from Bugg-Ease and cannot recommend the product or the customer care too highly
From initial enquiry, through ordering, delivery and initial follow up…..all has been brilliantly smooth.
The buggy itself copes well with the hills at my course and the battery still shows maximum 3 green lights after 18 holes at the faster speed.
It fits comfortably in my little Mercedes A Class (although the drop into the boot is tricky, but I believe the company have a solution to help, although I haven’t investigated that yet😉)
Overall I’m totally delighted with absolutely everything about Bugg-Ease and my little red buggy. Thanks Matt and Jon👍.

I've had the Buggie now for a couple of Months used 3 times a week and it has been Brilliant. Highly recommended for those that need a buggie to continue playing golf when there mobility is not perfect I store mine at the golf club but is easily transferred to the back of the car when playing an away match. I along with many others have nothing but praise for the superb customer care shown from both John and Mat. I do have one small issue, the brolly extension appeared not to be long enough when pulling a driver out of the bag and there is no adjustment to angle the brolly if required. (Easily fixed with a couple of personal changes).

I have had my Bugg Ease for nearly a year now.My wife used it whilst waiting for her knee operation & loved it.
I have had a couple of issues with the buggy but they were resolved the following day by taking it back to the warehouse. New parts were fitted & on my way home in just over 1 hr & a battery problem (battery changed) done in 20min.
The after sales service from John & Matt is second to none. I have recommended Bugg Ease to members of at our golf course & 3 members have now bought them.

I have just purchased a new Bugg Ease and can only say how delighted I have been with the presentation and service provided by John and Matt.
The buggy is beautifully made and runs perfectly and will certainly prolong my golfing experience which started when I was seven and am now 83.

I went to Buggy-ease Monday 14/04/2025 just to see if the buggy would fit in my car, and l met Matt very professional and polite.
l was looking for a golf buggy otherwise my golfing day would be over l am please to say l bought one.Quality EXCELLENT. Easy to use STRAIGHTFORWARD.

Placed order 20th march delivered next day came fully built, have used 6 times now and no problems, it’s absolutely brilliant allows to continue playing golf and fits in my car. Great company to deal with and onsite guarantee is a real bonus if it’s required.

We had an issue regarding my Dad's 80th birthday trip and needed a quick solution. John went out of his way to make sure the trip went ahead and I couldn't be more thankful. Friendly and helpful service, couldn't recommend anymore!

I got the the Bugg Ease golf buggy for my father in-law who loves his golf but is struggling to walk the courses at 82. Dealing with Matthew and Jon was great and the buggy was delivered in a few days. It's a great looking buggy and it was easy to assemble and fits into the car easily. Thomas loves the buggy and is enjoying his golf again.

To say it's the best thing I've ever done might be a stretch but it certainly ranks well up there. Right from initial contact (with Matt) through the purchase process and the final delivery, it was a pleasurable experience. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that actually allows you to speak to someone. As for the buggy it's self, I can definately say it is a super machine that handles very well It's so nice to still have some energy left when I come off the course. It's comfortable (in the Captain's Chair). It's a nice thing to look at, and fits nicely into the car. So hats off to Jon and Matt and the Bugg-Ease company. Highly recommended.

I needed a single seat golf buggy and contacted Matt at Bugg-Ease. He answered all my questions and suggested that I come over and have a trial on one. When I said I live in Scotland he told me to go to Golf Trolley Works in Glasgow where Jim Murphy, who services them for those in the north, will let me try one out. I did this and was extremely impressed - especially with the room you have for placing your feet. You are not cramped up. I went back and bought one from Matt. It was delivered to Glasgow 4 days later. It has a fantastic battery range - just 6% usage for 18 holes that I played the first time I used it. Wide front wheelbase makes it very stable. Easy to load using the ramps. Would recommend Bugg-Ease to everyone. Matt & Jon at Bugg-Ease and Jim and Jonathan at Glasgow are so friendly and helpful. Fantastic Machine.

Great personal service and a fair deal. Jon was extremely helpful, and gave an excellent professional service.The Buggy performs well and is as it says. Was nice to deal with Jon - the same person on the phone. The videos are a good resource. Purchasing with VAT exemption, delivery arrangements to the golf club and assembly instructions, were all straightforward. The 2 parts of the Buggy were slightly heavier for me than I was used to but the new ramps are sturdy and a great help . Easy to get in and out of the car with a little practice. I bought the new buggy without their battery and used my previous one. Jon kindly arranged for the different connectors to be put on to suit my battery and gave me a competitive price. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending all round. Special commendations to Jon for the way he dealt with all my requests. Thank you.
