Buffalo Machines Limited Recensioni

Ordered a mini digger B600 with extras on Saturday afternoon and it arrived on a pallet Tuesday Morning well packaged, and ready to go. The communication was excellent. they even sent me a photo of my digger before it left their warehouse. I rang them with a query and got expert and friendly advice straight away. I will definitely be buying from them again. The digger is brilliant, exactly what I needed and has already saved me hours of labour. Thank you

It was, beyond all reasonable contradiction, the best of hires; it was the least troublesome of transactions. In an age where one might expect confusion, hidden charges, and machinery possessed of a temperament most disagreeable, I instead encountered a company of such honesty and industry that even Mr. Pickwick himself would have approved.

The digger arrived with all the punctuality of a railway timetable imagined by optimists, clean, well-maintained, and eager—as much as a mechanical beast may be said to possess eagerness—to undertake its noble labour. The staff, courteous to a fault, explained its operation with such patience that even poor Mr. Micawber, forever expecting something to turn up, might have confidently excavated a respectable trench.

The machine itself bit into the earth with a determination that would have shamed the tax collector and displaced soil with an efficiency worthy of the Industrial Revolution at its finest. What had once appeared an immovable patch of stubborn ground was, within the hour, transformed into a landscape of admirable order.

Upon returning the digger, there followed no melodrama, no villainous surprise, nor any bureaucratic torment worthy of a Dickens serial—merely a cheerful farewell and a fair bill, rendered exactly as promised.

Should Providence once more burden me with an unreasonable quantity of earth requiring relocation, I shall not hesitate to summon these most excellent purveyors of mechanical excavation. Five stars, without hesitation or amendment.

Really great service from Buffalo. Very accommodating and were kind enough to arrange local next day delivery. Item arrived well packaged on a pallet and exceeded my expectations. Thoroughly recommend Buffalo Machines and would definitely use them again. Great customer service. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service from Daniel. From initial enquiry, through the ordering process, delivery and aftersales care. Happy to recommend Buffalo Machines to anyone!

Daniel was really helpful and responded quickly to emails. It was 4 days from placing the order to it landing on our drive.
I have the SKD700 Tracked skid steer and a chipper. Both have been great little machines.

Being new to the agricultural game we invested in a flail mower for one of our fields. We needed a specific width to fit between our recently planted trees. As expected, we ordered the wrong size and only figured out it was slightly too wide when we got to the field and couldnt fit. We have contacted daniel multiple time bombarding him with questions and confusion only to be met with pure patience and manners. Not only has he sorted out our mower by agreeing to swap for a smaller version, but also took it that one step further and arranged for the collection of the old one. If i could give 6 stars i would. Will be using them in the future / recommending them to others.
God bless

We purchased a B Pro 1000. What a great little machine. Only had it a few days but delighted with performance and we have high confidence it will do what we need it to do. Great experience all round..

Been looking at Buffalo Machines for a while particularly the skid steer,I had a few queries so rang the guys, have to say they gave a concise educated knowledgeable answers and gave me the confidence to go ahead and order there SKD500 plus a range of attachments.
Delivery was arranged for 3 days time, they were as good as there word and 2 pallets arrived
Right from the off I can assure anyone that you get exactly what they say a cracking little machine ready to work straight from the crate, I'm very impressed with this little machine for it's size it's powerful it's easy to use it's compact an maneuvable getting into some tight spaces it's more than capable
If your expecting the world then you'll be disappointed this machine will move mountains but only at a small bit at a time if you want to do things bigger and faster buy a bigger machine but if you need something to save labour and time you won't go far wrong
A machine is only as good as its backup and so far the team at buffalo come up trumps

All the guys at buffalo were very helpful… good company to do business with!

Fast delivery, good price & well packaged machine. Strong construction. Ideal for arboreal management around our orchard.
I'd recommend avoiding too many thin, twiggy branches, to avoid blockages & a maximum of approx 3" diameter branches so as not to overload the PTO sheer bolt.
The machine produces some good size chippings for mulching & weed supressing beds & borders etc.
It arrived on a steel pallet & was quick to assemble. Be aware that you may need to reduce the length of the PTO shaft, depending on the size of your tractor.
A good all round experience with Buffalo.

Being able to speak to someone in person and having someone who was so friendly and knowledgeable who made the whole experience fabulous. Communication was excellent and the mini digger is very good quality and delivered when said it would be. Much better experience that I would have expected. Will definitely be using this company again.
