Good product, but they might rip you off and leave you hanging
Let me be clear, the items BudPop sell are exceptional, BUT, BudPop's customer service and support is absolutely non-existent.
Recently I had my monthly order go missing, I sent three requests for assistance, heard nothing in return.
You won't be sorry for the product, you will be sorry when BudPop takes your money and doesn't deliver the product though.
It would be better to order from a more reputable dealer, who doesn't choose to rip you off when they can't deliver the order they received.

I love BudPop
I love BudPop. I have had a few orders and the shipping is fast and the quality is excellent. That's saying alot with so many vendors out there that are unreliable. On my last order they shipped the wrong product. Mistakes happen. I contacted customer service, they shipped the correct product and gave me a 20% refund and didn't ask for wrong product back. Responded the same day of my request. Customer service also means alot.

Worst experience - I placed an order on March 14
On March 14, 2023, I placed an order, but unfortunately, the status of the order has remained as "processing" since then. Despite contacting the customer support, I have received contradictory and delayed information regarding the order. Consequently, I intend to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my bank, citing fraudulent activity.
I am pleased to inform you that I have filed a complaint with BBB today and have also sent an email to their support email address requesting a refund. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately and provided me with a refund.

Ordered more than a month ago, still no product received. Have sent more than half a dozen emails and multiple website contact requests. No response. Have previously made successful orders from vendor, but after late December order, vendor has started ghosting.
**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT.**
