I didn't get the ticket immediately.. there was no pdf emailed, i had terrible anxiety that this was some shady website and my money would go away. I went to the accounts page and I could still not get the pdf

I booked a flight through BudgetAir
I booked a flight through BudgetAir, but right after confirming the booking I found the exact same flight, same airline, same fare class, available for around ₹800 less directly through the airline.
I would appreciate if BudgetAir could review this and offer a price match, partial refund for the difference. I chose your platform expecting competitive pricing, so this was disappointing to discover immediately after payment.
Please look into this and advise on possible resolution.

The airline made a mistake during booking by not adding spaces in my name…
The airline made a mistake during booking my ticket. They didn’t add a space between my first and second name.
I had to reached out to customer support multiple times on how to fix the issue but they just put me on hold or wouldn’t respond.
After multiple weeks of emailing, spending hours on the chat box [not kidding, I was on queue for a whole day], they said they can resolve the issue if I pay more. They had their charges are well as the airline charges on top of it.
When I mentioned I will not pay for a mistake done by BudgetAir, they forcefully close the chat on me. So far no resolution by BudgetAir.
Part 2-
After the last episode and very useless reply from BudgetAir on my review, they have made an even bigger blunder on their part. They have changed my whole passenger name on the ticket to my father’s name. Now there are two tickets in my father’s name and none in mine.
My travel date being 6th of July, I still haven’t received a response from BudgetAir or a resolution in sight. They push the blame to the airline initially and finally to me for the changes made without any authorization.
With less than a week for travel and as I have to travel due to a medical emergency, they will not provide me a resolution or refund so that I can make alternative travel plans on my side.
I have chased multiple times via emails, chats. The customer being is very rude and say they can’t help me and forcefully close the chat after just blaming me for their mistake.
They say it’s my mistake but when I ask them for evidence, they cut the chat forcefully. I have all evidence that this BudgetAir’s mistake.
Since I have booked via BudgetAir, with the email ID and mobile number provided on the airline ticket are of BudgetAir, I can’t even reach out to them on my side.
I am fed up of reaching out multiple times, instead of giving smart replies on my review. It would be very helpful if you could actually refund me so that I can go ahead with my travel plans.

Ticketing systems automatically remove spaces between first and middle names to prevent character limit errors, and tickets with combined names are standard and completely valid for travel. The fees mentioned during the interactions were the standard costs required to modify the format of the name as you entered your midde name in the last name column, which you declined to proceed with.
We also checked your passport and confirmed that you do not have last name. Hence, the entire first name should have been entered in the last name column.
The communication history and booking details are being reviewed right away, and a direct update will be provided within 24 hours via email.
