I booked a flight for My mum
I booked a flight for My mum, aunt and myself (with a cycle as I had gone for a race) from Da nang to India. your system booked me on two PNR's - one with air asia and one with Indigo.
I had to pay excess baggage twice - one to air asia and one to Indigo because it was two PNR's - this was alot of money and I will never use budget air again.
I had emailed you people but no one bothered to help - very good at charging guests but horrible with customer service

Thank you for sharing this feedback. Having unexpected baggage costs during a journey with family is a difficult experience.
The booking made consisted of separate flights with different airlines, which means each airline applies its own baggage policies and check-in procedures independently.
A team member will look into the email communication sent previously to ensure this is reviewed properly and to see how to assist further.
