I ordered a belt in January to be delivered to the republic of Ireland, with a charge of €15 delivery (total rip off) I paid as the belt was reduced, upon confirmation of payment I saw the same belt advertised a lot cheaper so contacted them. I was asked for proof and sent them a screenshot of the offer. I received no response to that but then I was told id have to pay another €15 in customs charges! As I wasn't told about this I told customs to send it back to merchant as you can and I contacted them immediately.
I asked for a refund as I never received the product.and it was within the he 14 days return policy.
Upon repeated emails I have not had one reply, they take the money though.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

A bunch of criminals obviously in the right place ESSEX. Take the money but don't send the belt.

When you chase up they just come back with useless excuses
Do not buy anything from this website!

The dye on my belt started to run and ruined my jeans and tee shirt. Totally ignored by this company. They are acting illegally. Had to fight to get a refund through PayPal.

What an absolute sham of a company after constant emails the products never arrive -Avoid at all cost

My first order was lost in the mail, but they investigated and took care of sending me a new order with no issues! I love the belt, it's great quality and looks good.

Ordered a belt from this company. Never again. A sh#*show from start to finish. Waited 2 weeks before querying where my order was. Only then did they hastily respond, having been quick to take my money, and when it finally did arrive it was entirely the wrong colour. In It would cost more and be a waste of effort to pursue this further. Avoid these clowns like the plague.

If I can put less than one star I would. Horrible horrible company. Never use them. They told me to measure the belt a certain way and the belt doesn’t fit. As it’s “made to order” which is bull they will not accept the return. Customer service were also rude and unhelpful.

I can't give this 0 stars. It took three months to get a refund and even then it was Paypal not the company. Customer service was 100% awful.

Beware...they don't do refunds...at all...and claim that this does not interfere with your statutory rights. A nightmare.

I would recommend this company even though a lot of reviews seem negative! I ordered a belt for my husband and they got in contact straight away double checking if my measurements were correct turned out they wasn't so they put my order on hold for me while I corrected my husband's measurements, I recieved the belt and thought the quality was very good, I will definitely use again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! First time writing a negative review but I am so frustrated having been fobbed off by their customer service as they don’t accept returns. They don't seem to put any of these negative reviews on their website!! I now have a substandard belt, that was pretty expensive that they won’t let me return it as they say it’s made to measure. However this is really not made obvious on their website. I would never have bought it otherwise. BE WARNED.

Having ordered and then read the reviews on BucklemyBelt I was somewhat sceptical as to the quality of the belt that I ordered. Having received the belt, it was as described good quality leather and cut to the length which I ordered in accordance with their measuring instructions. The only issue I had was the fact that nothing appeared to happen with my order until I sent emails. This maybe due to the fact that the company has too many orders that it is unable to spend the time informing people about the progress of their orders. My conclusion, after receiving a good quality product I will certainly be ordering from this company in the future.

This company is a pile of crap! There customer service sucks! Been waiting over a month for a belt! Told them the problem and they refused to take care of it and refused to refund my money! Hanks belts or amish leather products they know how to make customers feel respected and well taken care of from start to finish. This crappy company can keep there effin belt and my money and kiss my ass!

You won’t see it anywhere on this site, especially if you pay via Apple pay or google pay. If you are lucky enough to get to a checkout page, scroll all the way down and you might see a Refund Policy, not detailed anywhere else on the site which explains that they do not accept returns!!

BUYER BEWARE!

If i could give a no star review i would because they are thieves and email scammers. After i called the police on them for charging me twice and sending nothing, they sent me one childs belt. I will call to their buiseness premisis some day to speak to the boss.

One of the worst companies I've dealt with. Ordered a belt off their website. Extremely difficult to work out what size to order, as there is no consistency across the website in regards to wording. The size guide refers to external waist measurement, yet the product page uses belt size instead. I will say that at least they contact to confirm size, so thats something. I received the belt fairly quickly, however the colour of the belt is completely different to the picture on the site. I contacted them and they fobbed me off with a generic response about their terms and conditions and refused a refund. I responded to that email quoting the consumer rights act, and how they are in breach of it, but they have opted to ignore my messages instead of actually dealing with the issue. Really poor service

I ordered my item and still haven't received it 3 months later. No response to email or chat. Worst customer service ever. I am disputing my charge with AMEX.

It's now 15 days since order and still no belt. When contacted they just tell me they are too busy! Very poor service so would not recommend.

Etsy.com it is over. / .UK / .IT. This items multi functional belt buckle with knife. Bought in Mid January but have not arrive yet. Paid in full.
