my table is amazing ..it was all a bit…
my table is amazing ..it was all a bit daunting with the delivery .. was told that it was kirbside only ..i am 72 .. and on my own .. and only a driver who was really helpful but could hardly carry the glass top .. so it lay in my garage for 2 weeks until i could get two men to lift it into my house ..i have a large sofa coming after the new year and i am very worried about delivery ...

Absolutely fantastic customer service-…
Absolutely fantastic customer service- my item (an Arco lamp) arrived perfectly packaged and within a few days of ordering- much faster than expected for such a heavy, bulky item.
The sales team were particularly helpful in sourcing a spare part for the lamp (which we had accidentally damaged ourselves). Absolutely delighted!

Brown egg chair.
I ordered this chair with the expectation that there would be some waiting time but I was delighted to find that it arrived within a week. I suppose I was lucky that it was in stock.
I was worried about the delivery of what is a delicate item but it was delivered on a pallet and was extremely well packaged.
The chair itself is excellent and is now a real feature in my newly decorated front room.
