Emily was a great help and a true asset to BTS cars !
Quick easy transaction ( well it would of been if our finance company picked up the phone haha )
Everyone we meet at BTS was friendly and polite, we even got given a nice cup of coffee =)

Emily has been amazing today.
I was a bit stressed after couple our drive. But she was reassuring and really took care of us. But finally home with my beautiful new car.

Phoned in the morning to enquire about a vehicle and was told the car needed to be fetched from storage so we couldn't view until afternoon. Arranged to view/test drive at the agreed time. Travelled an hour to attend the appointment only to be told the car had been sold to a "walk in". A phone call to let us know would have been appreciated - very unprofessional and definitely would not recommend.

Excellent customer service. Emily arranged everything swiftly, including car delivery. The car arrived promptly in lovely condition as described. My first experience of buying a car online but I would have no hesitation to buy from BTS cars again.

Leaving this feedback after over two months of ownership, I can only recommend BTS Cars, Russell has been very professional and helpful. No issues with the car so far and touch wood no issues in the future.

The speed and efficiency of the sale was excellent. However, my score reflects that on receipt of the vehicle, it arrived with a warning ⚠️ light regarding the tyre sensor. Unbeknown to me what that meant, but I was assured that BTS would pay for it to be rectified, but that wasn't the case. I was told to get it repaired, then send the invoice, which I did. It was a few days later that I was told the warranty didn't cover tyres. I feel the repair should have been honoured seeing how the car was delivered with the defect.

Well worth travelling as far as I did for my first car. The team were extremely helpful and patient with me navigating and sorting through all the documentation that had to be looked over. Excellent service overall, thank you!

Signed all paperwork to buy the car and once done, we were told there was only 1 key. We then found the key was damaged but they were closed by then. 2 weeks later and still trying to sort this issue out

Really easy to deal with ,everything sorted via email before I arrived ,car not quite as clean as I would of liked but it is what it is ,2 months on and so far so good

Amazing Experience, received car with a fresh Service. Really happy, I even noticed a quite small stone chip on the drivers door no one had noticed and I was really surprised to have a £100 taken off the price of the car for the inconvenience. Really recommend Emily & Rob they are both really helpful. Will return in the future.

The service provided at BTS cars was exceptional and I would recommend them without hesitation. I usually find buying a car a dreadful experience full of anxiety and pressure but this was most certainly not the case here. They were incredibly efficient and we are delighted with our car.

Great customer service from Rob. The charging cable didn’t work which BTS replaced without a problem, but IMHO should have been tested pre sale.
Unfortunately the boot of the car was not cleaned well. We saw that dog hairs were around and although Rob had ok’d the car to be picked up he did offer a further clean. Circumstances meant that this was very inconvenient so we took the car anyhow. Upon closer inspection the boot was absolutely filthy and the carpets will need a proper shampoo etc. My hands were black after spending a few hours trying to get rid of the dog hairs. Tbh the car wasn’t really ready for a customer to take, especially a customer spending over £20k! Other than that all has been great and if the car had been cleaned properly and supplied with a working cable it would be 5 stars (so far!)

Rob and Rich were very helpful in buying our first EV. The car did have a little damage to the seat which was repaired perfectly! Communication was good at every step and the whole process was quick and easy. Thank you!

Great service from Rob at BTS. From my initial phone call about a Kuga they had in stock, reserving it and then finally buying it. He went over and above for us. Nothing too much trouble

Easiest car ive ever brought,everything was in place for when I arrived ,test drove the car bang bang bosh signed and took away ,freindly polite and very easy to do with ,only reason ive not given 5 stars as there was a slight issue which they did not see but they did offer a solution

I purchased a Cupra Formentor today with Rob, and most definitely deserving of 5 stars!
Very honest, friendly and made the whole experience great! Will be recommending to friends and family.
