I bought 2 hats in July last year, the design of the hats are beautiful. The attention to detail and quality of the hats is evident.
The customer service was gauged just right, when I asked for help, in terms of guidance on the style of the hat and what might best suit the occasion. The Customer service was friendly, helpful and professional.

I was initially looking for a hat for my Mother as a treat as she wears a selection of hats for church. I am pleased to say that my Mother received excellent customer service where the owner made sure that my Mother purchased a hat that matched her outfit perfectly. I was so impressed that I purchased a turban style hat for myself and a matching wide headband for my 8 year old daughter. We have received great compliments, especially with the products being of such high quality. Well done, would highly recommend and will be using their services again. 👍🏾

My experience was great because I needed a gold hat for an important occasion, so I sent Brynels a picture of my outfit and they was able to send me pictures of hats that would match it. I chose a hat that complimented my dress perfectly. The service they provided was excellent as I needed it within a few days so, they ensured that I received it in time.

I’ve got about 5 hats in total. Beautiful made to fit long lasting good quality. Most of my hats made to order with fitting and special care from start to finish. I will be back soon yeah
