Great service all round.

Always lower prices than most others, exceptionally pleasant and friendly staff both in the office and the delivery drivers. Been with them quite a few years now and can't fault them on anything.

Bryce Oil have been delivering our oil for many years at the best available price per litre available at the time. I am very happy with Bryce Oil and indeed going back around 30 years, we used to get our coal from them.

As mine was a new install, I was unsure of when to order oil. Staff at Bryce were extremely helpful in arranging delivery for the day i needed and to suit the installer. Driver very polite and filled with no issues. Will continue to use this company as their customer service is first class and their oil is the cheapest by far. Would refer them to anyone looking for assistance with tank, oil and boilers.

Terrible service.

Driver arrived, walked down the side of our house - looked perplexed and meandered around the side of the garden for a minute or 2 and returned to the tanker and drove away. No note, no voicemail, nothing. I went outside, he’d left the cap open on our tank and he left the gate open (our dog could have ran away). So we had no way of knowing he’d even been had we not seen him in the garden. We phoned Bryce for a cheeky receptionist to tell us “the driver reported dog faeces all over the garden”. An over generalisation as our dog had been out that morning and soiled once which we didn’t have the notice to pick up. Absolutely humiliated by this, had to rearrange the oil for the driver to post the receipt through with the note saying “cleaned the mess”.

Will not use them again.

I moved house 4 years ago and the heating system in the new house was kerosene, which was new to me. I did a bit of research (as i always do) to find a reliable supplier that also prices competitively. After some consideration, I opted to go with Bryce Oils, and i have remained with them from the start.

I have found Bryce Oils to be an excellent company, and i have the utmost respect for everyone involved with the company, from the excellent delivery drivers to the friendly and very efficient office staff and management. Nothing is too much for them and enquiries are handled in a very timely manner.

The company also allows me to make flexible monthly payments that accrue toward purchase costs of future deliveries.

In summary, I am very pleased with my decision to have Bryce Oils as my supplier of heating oil, and i have never considered anyone else. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone using heating oils.

Contacted the service side of this company Pentland oil heating services . From the first contact with Stephane in the office , I had not one but two fully qualified Grants boiler engineers , Janet and Darren , who took time to listen to the symptoms of the boiler problems , they established the root cause of the fault after some critical diagnosis and fixed the issue all same day .

Great service, fast and efficient and very competitive. Delivery driver was very polite and well mannered as we're the office staff.
