Disorganized and Slow
Multiple business owner attempting to aquire a Construction Contractor bond for a vendor requirement and was contacted by Lisa Trymbiski.
I had to explain multiple times what we needed and answer the same question in various forms. Every time I responded within an hour of contact only to be met with 6-12 hours of a wait only to answer another question. It took so long we were contacted by another company, quoted and purchased another policy within the 1/3 time it took for one email response from yall.
Lost a customer due to disorganization and excessively long response time. We needed this bond to start working on construction projects and having to wait 6 plus hours for an email response multiple times (making it take days) to a question you asked is crazy.
