I wanted to replace some stolen Baroque pearls . I spoke to Helene in the Harrogate Browns shop on the telephone , sent her a photo so she knew what I wanted and I was able to replace my pearls . They came quickly and in a beautiful box . Excellent service .

This was my second time ordering from Browns Family Jewellers as I prefer real gold jewellery instead of gold plated; I am glad I found them on the search engine. I also have to say their customer service alongside the products have been amazing.

I had accidently chosen click and collect, however one of the Ecommerce associates Razia was able to change the delivery method for me in such a prompt manner. I will definitely order more products from here. The quality is also unreal. Cheers!!

I purchased a necklace on-line but unfortunately it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. The jewellers took details of my requirements and tried to source exactly what I wanted. Unfortunate on this occasion it wasn’t successful and I was therefore offered a refund. Thank you to staff for their help.

I bought the Soleil Collection Herringbone bracelet and am very happy with my purchase. This has a unique design in flattened gold and lies flat to the wrist. It is chic and very glamourous. A great bracelet for a special occasion, or everyday wear.

Really good service. I bought the bracelet with a tight delivery date needed and there is an express delivery option. The item arrived in a very stout postal box with no outside branding so my wife had no idea it was a present. The item was beautifully boxed with a ribbon. It was a an excellent service and a quality product. Recommended
