I recently stayed at Kingfisher’s Nest with my partner to celebrate his birthday. The cabin exceeded our expectations - the place was absolutely beautiful and furnished well. It was a shame we did not have the time to use the hot tub and sauna! The views from the cabin were breathtaking and the atmosphere was so peaceful as the cabin was secluded. We are already planning our next stay here! Thank you to the Browning Bros, your hospitality has been fantastic!

We booked Water Lily Lodge for my sister 30th. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We had the best time, went to a local River for some kayaking, did some painting and had a BBQ. The lodge was perfect. Definitely hoping to visit again!

Kingfishers nest is the perfect place to reset and unwind. We love the natural decoration and feel of the place. Everything you need to have the perfect mini get away, from a log fire to a hot tub and sauna and gorgeous bath.

We had perfect stay at Little Wren for 3 nights. Situated by a beautiful lake it's perfect to get away from it all.
The cabin is small but has everything you need for 2 people.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very appreciative of the message on the last morning telling us we could check out later than expected.

We stayed at Little Wren for a few nights to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. It was exactly what we needed, and this cabin delivered just that, perfectly placed next to the lake and amazingly comfortable for two people. Some great walks in the area. We will be back.

We stayed in Water lily lodge and had an amazing couple of nights. The cabin has everything you need and the views and surrounding area are great. Can’t beat sitting in the hot tub at sunset!

We had a fantastic couple of days in Kingfishers Nest celebrating a birthday - helped by the most glorious spring weather! The cabin was great - comfortable and with all the amenities you might need for the perfect stay.
The place is truly peaceful, whiling away the hours in the hot tub watching the array of wildlife on and around the lake - kingfishers, muntjac deer, geese, swans, bats and even a terrapin! Would thoroughly recommend a stay to anyone.

We had an amazing and relaxing 5-night stay at Kingfishers Nest. From the moment we arrived, Sarah made us feel so welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The cabin itself was faultless—beautifully presented, comfortable, and set in stunning surroundings that made it the perfect place to unwind and relax.

4 girls for a 40th Birthday stayed in Waterlily Lodge for the weekend. And what a weekend!
From booking to departing, the experience was beyond 5 stars.
Everything exceeded our expectations, including the beautiful products in the bathroom to the gorgeous smelling diffusers all around the lodge.
Beautifully furnished, spacious and spotless!
It was exactly what we all needed. And the hot tub was a bonus.
We’re already looking to book for the summer of 2027 so we can enjoy more of the outside space.

We’ve just had a relaxing stay at Waterlily Lodge. We had planned a couple of days exploring the area but ended up just staying put enjoying the wildlife and the lack of humans.
The cabin was cozy and warm and it’s always nice to have a fire. Would like to visit again.

Our 3 day mini honeymoon was a truly magical experience, so peaceful and tranquil.

Stayed at the Kingfishers Nest for the third year running and planning on coming back! Always a relaxing place with the hot tub and sauna, get the fire going and it’s nice and warm all day (in the winter). We have done a lot of quirky getaways over the years and we have decided to keep coming back to this place which says something! Extremely recommended!

A perfect, peaceful getaway with stunning lake views! We stayed in Kingfisher, the cabin was very quiet and incredibly relaxing. We loved the bath and hot tub overlooking the lake, beautiful views. Would highly recommend, ideal for unwinding and switching off completely.

It’s our second time back at water lily lodge and it was such a blissfully amazing stay. We can’t wait to be back it’s truly our favourite cabin.

We had a blissful couple of days in kingfishers nest. We loved the sauna and the fire and had such a relaxing a peaceful time. The cabin was beautiful and relaxing with some really thought touches. Will definitely be back!

We stayed in Waterlily Lodge, 5 ladies, and everything exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do the cabin justice, it is incredibly spacious, with twin beds in 2 of the rooms, a double and a mezzanine, so none of us had to share a bed (which we usually have to do on girl’s trips!) and this was much appreciated. Stunning bathroom, the cabin was lovely and warm, we were worried about being cold being January but it was toasty! Beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and serene. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and Sarah was incredibly helpful and kind leading up to our arrival. Would love to stay again, thank you!
