Emails went to spam and were marked suspicious. I never received my order. A month later they claimed it was delivered and refused to refund or reship, blaming the post office. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

The best of the best places for all your physical media wants and needs. And a killer import section. My wife will one day kill me when she realizes how much money these guys get off of me. I've never come across a company that ships better or more protected. Love these guys
THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST. Placed two orders. They shipped together in one small box that had they items crushed together. One item has a loose disc. Their website states to contact them at their e-mail. I tried four times and NONE are deliverable. DOO NOT SHOP HERE - STAY AWAY - there is NO customer support - no help - just taking your money and delivering substandard products. They should be out of business! I will NEVER EVER BE BACK TO THEM - PLEASE there are other far better sites - look for them. They will reply and be reachable - not like this place!
Great site for hard-to-find imported and limited edition Blu-rays and 4K UHDs. Top notch customer service and communication. Owner can special order some requests, and is always helpful. A nice collection of cult classics, niche, popular, and obscure titles.
