Zero is more like it. Sitting here SMH reading reviews I wish I had read bf I placed this order. Disgustingly, they are all true. This company is a complete scam. Can’t believe I wasted money like this. When I tried to contact customer—being very diligent to send multiple emails over the course of several days—they finally responded with having no evidence of purchase and the order number I was provided was an error. Ughh. Got got. No more ordering for me. Doing a self-imposed 2 year hiatus from ordering anything not on Amazon (since they have a reliable return policy for now).

Do not order from this company. My daughter found a winter coat "Retro Plaid Lapel Tweed Coat" that she really wanted for Christmas. I ordered the coat a long with other items listed as "Velvet blazer" and "Cashmere Windbreaker." The clothes were of the poorest quality- not tweed, velvet or cashmere; rather more similar to a Halloween costume with the material being closer to plastic than fabric. Impossible to return as everything needs to go back to China (Different warehouses) and you need to fill out customs documents. I wasted $400 and decided to donate the clothes instead of try and return them.

My Mother bought a coat for me, as a gift, from their website, which ended up not look anything like they advertised. They say their is a return policy but the entire thing is a scam. She spoke to what seems to have been a 3rd party and was directed to send the coat back to China which meant it also had to go thru customs. NO refund, no jacket and no comment from them. We called our bank regarding a fraud purchase and I took the liberty of reporting them to the BBB! You decide but this place is a scam.

Many people on here will remember the time on the internet where people were first starting to order from China and they were doing a "what I ordered, what I got" comparison where the picture would show a nice dress and what arrived would be a horrible knock off. This is that company. I ordered what looked like a nice jacket and received a polyester piece of s**t. When I contacted customer service, they offered a 50% refund to "avoid hassle." This then became 60%, 70%, and 90% to try and keep at least a little bit of my money. Fortunately, I disputed it with AMEX and they reversed the transaction fully. This company is absolute garbage. DO NOT USE!

Very unscrupulous company. I purchased a mens sweater that appeared to be bulky and well made. The item received was just the opposite, It was cheaply made and was a very poor printing of a bulky sweater. When I asked for it to be returned I was only offered 50% and that I had to send it back to their supplier. I put a stop on payment. I received emails asking to remove the stop pay. I got to a 90% return if I removed the stop. Since then they have not supplied the refund and have quit correspondence.

A brilliantly plaid colored wool coat was (thought to have been) purchased based on the elegant, advertised photo. When I received the "coat" it was actually a pajama like top when it arrived, with a very faded plaid print. This was advertised on Instagram several times, and I did not read reviews about this company, and wish I had.

I paid $67 for the coat. I emailed for a 100% refund and was offered 10%, then 20% and 30% after five rounds of emails. For a full refund an address was given to a warehouse in China. This would need to be shipped and paid for by me. Please do not be scammed by this company. It is not a good experience. This was meant to be a gift.

The item shipped was to be a wool blend jacket and I received a 100% polyester jacket. Upon trying to return the customer has to incur the cost of shipping back to China and “so sad to bad” if item gets lost in the process. They try to bribe you by offering 10% discount and you don’t have to return the item. Then when you turn that down tgey offer 20%. DO NOT ORDER FRIM THIS COMPANY.

This is a total scam. Everything has been bad from the ship time, to the product quality, to the customer service. The product was horrible. Stay away!

I never received my order and despite numerous requests was never refunded the purchase price. Total scam.

I completely agree with everyone’s negative experiences. I ordered a jacket and when I received it, I was like “what the!” It did not resemble in any way, what I ordered as advertised in their website. I would never buy clothing of such sub ordinary quality.

I am trying to return a jacket... NO response at all after three attempts.

I paid $89.95 for a jacket from Brooklyn Outfitters that was advertised as a woolen blend. When it arrived, it was clearly a cheap polyester blend. The material and overall quality did not match the product description.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund due to the inaccurate listing, I was told I would have to pay approximately $25–$30 in return shipping fees. After raising concerns, I was then told I could keep the jacket, but they would only issue a 15% refund, not a full refund.

Either option would leave me effectively out the $89.95 I paid: returning the jacket would mean losing a significant portion of the purchase price to shipping fees, and keeping it would still mean losing most of the cost for an item that was misrepresented.

In my opinion, selling products with misleading material descriptions and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. A company operating this way should not be allowed to continue without accountability or oversight.

This experience felt deceptive and deeply disappointing. Customers should not be penalized for a company’s inaccurate or misleading product descriptions. I would strongly caution others to think twice before purchasing from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Product delivered was not the product ordered. Woven Woolen Jacket turned out to be 100% Polyester with a plaid design printed on the outside. The 100% refund policy started at 10% refund, keep the product. With some push back, they offered 30% refund, keep the product. Otherwise, you spend an enormous amount to ship the item back to China and wait to see if they approve the return. Total Scam!!!

Stay away from this company. Sad on my part that I didn’t look at the reviews here first. Everything everyone is saying is true. Terrible customer service, terrible quality products, all from china, an extreme hassle to return because you must return to China. Absolutely terrible and the sad part that this keeps happening is because these companies don’t get reprimanded in any way for fraudulent claims and this company is complete fraud.

This place is a total scam.I never received the item that my husband on Nov,20,2025. Four times my husband and I call this lazy, fly by night GO FO delivery were when not able to find my husband office in Scarsdale. You can speak to a human, you are directed to speak to some AI fake ass customer service rep. The times that I and my husband spoke to a human being we provided them them with a detailed address floor and suite number and the item was never delivered.
I am ready to call Ch7 On Your Side to report the shady business practices of this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY SHIP COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEMS THAN PICTURED AND THEN OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT TO KEEP THE ITEM. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO REPORT FRAUD.

Ordered beautiful winter woman's coat. After about a month, it came and it is too small and made from the thinnest, cheapest fake felt material! VERY Disappointed! Going back and forth for return / refund. They started at 10% and me keeping the item to avoid international shipping fees, which I didn't know it came from China! Now we are at 20%. I told them I want a FULL refund. I cannot believe they get away with this!

Can’t recall ever being ripped off this bad! The picture of the $107.00 jacket on the site didn’t come close to what I received. I tried to return for a refund and was told they would refund me 10% of purchase price because mailing would be the rest. I have never been screwed so bad, sorry for the language but obviously it came from China and it’s a scam, but they’re raking in the money. A quite a few of these sellers are on Instagram.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased the item. I ordered what looked lkike a wool winter coat on sale. It arrived in a tiny zip lock bag after weeks, The “coat” was some thin material with what appears to be a print of a wool jacket. The “winter coat” is more like a T shirt with the print of a coat on it. Sale items can’t be returned and if you can return it, you must pay shipping to China STARTING at 25.00. There is no store in Brooklyn as one would surmise after receiving this piece of garbage lol. Please stay away from this company
