Well where do i start absolutely shocking. This company are such a scam, you purchase off the website they send the product, the following month they then think its ok to take money out of your account without your say so. They set up a subscription without authorisation from you. When emailing them to get money back, they say about we cant as it has already been shipped. Really not that quickly. Email is always from someone called chole...

They offered me 70% refund on the 11th of June, I have still not had a refund its been nearly a month, they have received about 15-20 emails and I get the same response, we are trying to escalate the situation etc etc.. honestly worst experience ever. Please read the reviews before you purchase.

AVOID - sadly I didnt read the reviews before ordering a one off trial and now find myself being charged £49.99. I did not sign up to a subscription. Now they are ignoring my multiple emails to cancel the subscription I didnt sign up to and refund my money. Total scam.

I've become much more cautious about spending long periods in direct sunlight. These gummies gave me another option that fit better with how I take care of my skin. The glow developed steadily without looking forced. It feels much easier than maintaining a traditional tanning routine. I'm very satisfied .

Took £26.99 from my account few days ago, contacted them to be told you signed up for a subscription lol no I didn't absolute scammers avoid like the flu and get new bank card sent out

Bad do not purchase!! I did not subscribe to this product and money keeps leaving my account. Emailed and keep getting same response we can give you partial refund etc etc, so no full refund. Then no further emails. I even had an email stating I do not have subscription and they still take money. Please avoid at all costs.

I've recommended these to my cousin because she struggles with self tanners staining her clothes. She was impressed after seeing my results in person. I love that the color looks subtle instead of exaggerated. It feels much more realistic than fake tanning products. I'll happily keep using them.

I have an ongoing issue with BRONZII SYDNEY...6 weeks ago I purchased 1 pack of Tanning Gummies. Unfortunately something occurred where 3 other invoices were generated equalling $135.?? I had to take one order..but I contacted Customer service and explained that somehow their App had added 3 invoices that I didn't order and could they please CANCEL THE 3 INVOICES. This was 6 weeks ago.
Yesterday 2/7/26,I saw BRONZII SYDNEY STOLE $135.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT that was unauthorised and generated 2 invoices for products totalling $135.00. I contacted BRONZII SYDNEY and wrote what had happened 6 weeks earlier that their system had charged my bank account with 2 Invoices BZ24091 and BZ23874 equalling $135.00..AGAIN...THAT I DID NOT ORDER NOR DID I GIVE AUTHORITY TO TAKE $135.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT.
The customer service person spoke to Management who offered HALF MY MONEY BACK...EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR SYSTEMS ERROR...BECAUSE I HAD NOT ORDERED BZ24091 OR BZ23874 NOR DID I AUTHORISE MONEY $135.00 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I SAID I WOULD NOT ACCEPT HALF MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I HAD NOT ORDERED NOR GIVEN AUTHORITY TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
You see, I'm a DISABLED AGED PENSIONER..ON A SET INCOME.
BRONZII SYDNEY MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE.
SO I have lodged formal complaints with: Fair Trading Australia
Aged Care Commission of Australia
Retail Ombudsman's Office
And I've contacted the television stations 60 Minutes to tell my story. As if I have been treated this way...others will be treated the same way.

Scam, they steal your money...avoid at all costs

Dubious practices in my opinion.
Placed an order end of May - not received.
Company wont give full refund.
Then took £50 from my account as I had unknowingly been signed up for a subscription.
Avoid at all costs.

Took payment for order £29.99 plus an extra £25.94 for a "subscription" I didn't ask for. I immediately cancelled the order 11/6/26 - despite numerous emails and promises still no refund of my money. This is a total scam ! Hi Linda,

Regarding the pending charges you mentioned, these were part of the single order I have now cancelled. Your bank will release those holds according to their own processing timelines.

This company makes it too easy to inadvertently make extra purchases. These purchases do not add to a checkout basket or ask for confirmation to go ahead with the order. They literally just take your money! You do not even realise until it comes out from your bank.

On contacting them they will tell you the order has already been shipped (I don’t believe it could be that quick) and offer what seems to be a standard 30% refund, but after a month and over 10 emails there is still no refund. Another standard response (always from Chloe) states that it must be my banks fault and they are investigating and it is their highest priority.

At the point of the first email, I was assured, in writing, that any subscriptions were fully cancelled. Yet yesterday they tried to charge me nearly £100. My Bank have put stops to them trying to charge my card.

The gummies look nothing like they are advertised on their website and after a month there is no difference, they have done nothing! AVOID this company. They are absolute scammers!

Scam company do not use they take unauthorized money from your account over £100 from mine. Going through dispute with bank. Fake products and scam site.

i would not recommend this company i placed an order with them which i received this morning i got an email to say thankyou for your order which i hadnt ordered and they were gonna take £95.99 out of my bank and now the payment received by them so tomorrow im raising a dispute and fraudent activity and let them deal with it so please do not buy off this company and ive been taking for 4 weeks and no change i just wanted to put a warning out

They took $187.43 out of my account and said I took out a subscription which I didn’t 😤 got in touch with my bank.Instead of trying to help they offered me 30%off this order and 2 month off 😡stay away that’s all I can say I’m a pensioner and they wouldn’t listen.If I could give 0 stars I would.

This company are nothing short of rip-off merchants
Ordered these to try and had zero effect and then unbeknown to me they took a further subscription without my permission or consent
I have emailed the company on numerous occasions asking to resolve this and I keep getting the same old bs back that it’s in process. I have now reported this company to my fraud team at my bank and they are now investigating
Order these at your peril, the company promotes it’s product but the customer service is an absolute nightmare

Shocking service!! Bought these as wanted to have a glow before going on holiday - the payment page is so confusing and ended up ordering extra items that I didn’t want or need - didn’t realise until I got the email to say what I had ordered. Contacted them straight away to receive a reply saying they couldn’t stop my order as it was already being processed!! They then arrived 5x packs of gummies with a totally different name (savannah skin) and no scrub which came as a freebie from my mistaken order. When I emailed and asked about this they replied to say that they had recently bought Savannah Skin and it was exactly the same. I then asked again about returning the incorrect order but they said they needed to investigate and offered me a 30% refund. I have since emailed twice to Chloe who was looking after this query about just wanting a refund but surprise surprise no relay.i have now emailed that I just want ALL of my money back and will return everything I ordered and I await a reply - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Please do not buy from this company .. I ordered some tanning gummies and when I confirmed it kept adding more stuff .. final payment was £140 .. emailed straight away to cancel the so called add ons .. but they said they had been dispatched … within 2 mins … with back and to emails to them they said they would give me 70% discount and cancel my subscription… which I hadn’t signed up for .. after more emails they said they had sent my refund to the bank and it was the banks fault… I am in the process of getting this back via a fraud investigation.. then today they took £80 out off my bank for a subscription.. after emailing again they said they had forgot to cancel it … luckily I’d put a stop in payments and it was only pending .. after speaking to my bank … they stopped the money going out … but Iv had to cancell my card and Apple Pay and the bank have said not to put my new card on Apple Pay as they could try to take it again .. so I’m obviously waiting on my bank for a refund for the first lot of stuff … which never arrived anyway … and as for the gummies they are the most expensive gummies Iv ever bought .. no tanning in them … this company is definitely a scam and needs investigating… I’m about to forward all my info and email to bbc watch dog. … avoid … xx

I had to contact my bank for them to stop the subscription as I email bronzii to cancel any subscription I might have subscribed for, they confirmed it’s been canceled and surprise surprise I just had £49.99 come out of my bank again
not even sure if the gummies are working.

I inadvertently signed up for a subscription i didn't know I had pressed. It's an extremely sly service. I emailed immediately and they said they couldn't stop the first 3 months worth order but have cancelled further orders. However, I'm very dubious as to whether it's actually been stopped so all I can do is check next month to make sure payment hasnt been taken out of my account. I'm so annoyed with myself as I'm usually really diligent in checking what appears to be a scam but I fell for this one. Also I've since learned that these gummies give an unnatural colour to the skin and I cant find any real photographic evidence so not sure if I should take them. AVOID!!

Ordered tanning gummies for £39 then a few weeks later they took a further £89 for an order I never placed
