All of the tools provided by this platform compared to the amount we pay is amazing. Whenever a request is made for a new tool, the attempt is always made to provide it quickly. For the requests that require more research or programming will be delivered quickly. No system is worth having without support and the support here is excellent. Aside from the cost savings BMP has provided by being able to cancel so many other subscriptions, one of the main reasons for my 5 star rating is the responses to service and feature requests. So many other platforms or CRMs has terrible customer service. Not the case here. The feedback, help, and support is top notch. Highly recommend.
