Just ordered 2 sweaters from the Wispr collection. They arrived yesterday and only taken 2 working days. Fantastic quality and price. Already have some of the cashmere collection I bought in the sale and it is all fantastic. Lovely fit and quality. Would definitely recommend.

I love Brodie Cashmere and Wispr products! They are very high styled and wonderful fabrics! I own quite a few sweaters from them and have never been disappointed. I always want to know the fit since some of the styles are generous and others more fitted. I also love their sales!

I’ve purchased a few pieces from Brodie Cashmere and they’re absolutely gorgeous. The knitwear is super soft, stylish, and I always get compliments when I wear them. I was a bit cautious about washing cashmere, but they’ve washed really well at 30 degrees and still look and feel great. Really happy with the quality and would definitely recommend!

I own quiet a few peaces brim Brodie - I must say not only outstanding quality of the cashmere and cotton silk garments but also incredible design - so stylish and comfortable. I wear for casual looks or even evening looks - STUNNING! Will never go back to another brand as this one is my go to and number 1

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON BRODIE CASHMERE. I purchased a $300 US sweater while on vacation at a ski resort in Idaho. I subsequently meticulously washed the sweater per the label instructions. The color ran and irreparably STAINED and ruined the sweater. The company, whose own return policy is 14 days, ignored my request for a replacement or credit, and told me to return to the store I purchased it — well knowing that the return window had closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BRODIE CASHMERE.

Beware they are going into administration. They have not paid their outstanding balance with us and have changed legal name as of today. Be alert when dealing with them.

I am still waiting for a refund for 2 jumpers 2 weeks after returning.No one ever answers the phone and my emails have been ignored.Will report to trading standards if I get no response

Brodie Cashmere is a stunning brand with reliable customer service and the most premium products on the market. Could not recommend more!

I ordered 3 items. I sent back 2. This was within a week of order arriving. Still don’t have a refund. I’ve had to chase and I am chasing. No response from seller. So far they aren’t as ethical as their branding suggests.

On every level Brodie Cashmere deserves 5 starts. They have incredible styles, amazing quality (I get to save money in dry cleaning as their stuff is machine washable 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) and incredible customer service. I live in the United States and Katie who has helped me has been nothing but lovely. She answered any questions I have, done my exchanges with kindness and has been a dream to shop from. Brodie Cashmere is VERY lucky to have her as it’s because of her I buy so much from her 😁

I contacted Brodie Cashmere directly having lost my treasured pair of cashmere 'kitten mittens' and was helped by Katie to find a gorgeous replacement. Email responses to all my questions (on colour, postage etc) were fast and dispatch/delivery was immediate once I'd made my payment.

Lovely quality products that are on trend. It's great how Brodie Cashmere want you to understand where their cashmere comes from and the process involved to make a quality jumper. I chose the camo jumper in large, for me it came up a little big, but it's great to wear as a boyfriend styled jumper. The service from Brodie was great, several contact emails and express delivery. In with the express delivery package was Brodie's catalogue which was a joy to look through. Love the jumper and the styles, please stay on trend Brodie, you're onto a winner!

I was so impressed by Katie, the customer service person who helped me find the perfect cashmere sweater!/poncho! She was so responsive, sending me photos of options. She was always so pleasant and accommodating! I love the poncho (I have 2 now in different colors). It’s a great product but the service really made the experience special.
