Easy to organise, polite and friendly staff that are also easy to talk to.

Ben was lovely and helped me loads with things I didn’t even think of also. Only problem is the length of time I wasn’t prepared for but ran smoothly and passed quite quickly.

Very comfortable environment even over zoom, wasn’t serious which I was worried about, extremely helpful jn how to approach my study needs

For my appointment I had Steve who was very easy to get on with and helpful for making suggestions. My report came back very quickly, it was very easy to book and apply for the appointment with a lot of flexibility. The appointments are quite long as they are detailed however time passed quickly.

Staff were friendly and helpful and provided useful advice about the application process.

Ben was an absolutely spectacular assessor, he really took the time to get to know me and how my brain works in regards to my ADHD, mental health, and learning style. He was friendly and incredibly easy to talk to. He explained all of the resources clearly and I'm confident in the support I'm going to receive in the coming academic year and how it will improve my access to study. Thank you very much!

I had my needs assessment yesterday and after scheduling it in I was quite nervous. If you've booked yourself in with Broadbent & Co there's no need to be nervous! I got an assessor called Ben and he was very helpful and polite and easy to talk to. He was also very thorough and his questions brought up things I wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

I felt extremely comfortable in the company of my assessor Ben. He was thorough, helpful, and easy to talk to. In addition to understanding my disabilities and providing me with all the assistance I needed, he was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and understanding of my situation. Ben made my assessment enjoyable rather than gruelling - it felt like chatting with a friend rather than a formal assessment. I didn't realise how much help and support was out there. It was also a very quick procedure, which is different from endless waiting lists elsewhere! It took less than a month from the time I sent my first email to the time my assessment was completed.
