Bad customer service …

I've reserved the wrong item from you and I emailed regarding that asked for replacement of my original order with picture of wrong item and order number (BTN4114) on 18/9/24 but I didn't receive any response at all,

I've ordered from Britnuts twice now and both times the products have been really fresh and well packaged. Furthermore the delivery has been next day.

I bought dried bananas 8kg.

I bought dried bananas 8kg., was mistaken (I sinking sweet bananas with salt)
Ask return and refund £47.99.
I sending back with signage and pay £7.99 for return from Evri. Give to Britnuts tracking number, but company ignored all my emails and I still don't get money back on my account. You can not phone, only email...
