Brilliant service, good products

Ordered a bulk bag of 10kg nibbled walnuts for £54.99 and this came in an unsecure blue bag where half of it spilt inside the box which was delivered upside down. Obviously I couldn’t use this at all due to health and safety issues.

Raised with customer service who took a week to respond and who only gave me a 5% discount for FUTURE purchases. Why would you order again from a company who doesn’t compensate fairly for mistake made on their end?

Not a fair compensation as lost £54.99 and delayed delivery of replacement ingredients which means a loss to my business. No compensation for the unsecure bag they put the nuts in.

Definitely wouldn’t be ordering from them again and good luck if you are dealing with customer services.

I have Ashwagandha and what got delivered was a brown powder in a see through plastic bag with not expiry date and it didn't look like Ashwagandha at all.
I have tried it and it has absolutely no effect because I have used Ashwagandha for a while now.
Emailed customer service 3 times asking how I can return this, no response whatsoever. I'm stuck with a product I can't use and short-changed in this hard time. I haven't found any telephone number to ring then.

This was my sample order.Surprisingly when opening the delivered parcel found damaged cashew pack with half of missing content intentionally packed !!! Beware before buying..it looks like online scam..I will definitely think twice before ordering..

It arrived late, and some of the product was smelling, not very good not very good product

I ordered 1 kg of Ashwagandha but was delivered only 250g. And charged for full amount.

Great price and VERY quick delivery. I placed the order at about 15:00 and as I was away on holiday I thought I'd be back in time to take the delivery. It was delivered the next day at 12:30! Luckily my neighbour took it in.
