Cannot access the App, 2nd time in a few months, nor can i access there webpage, what's frustrating is no way of contacting them, BritishTV.ORG please sort this out and post a reply to whats going on.

I have been subscribing to BritishTV since August 2023 and am very happy with the content. It has movies, series and channels from all over the world that you can watch including SA's DSTV which I rarely watch, as these programmes are repeated too many times. I used to have buffering issues, until they replaced their server which I was linked to, in 2023 and have not had buffering issues since. If I have any issue, I log it with BritishTV and their technical team - Peter & Sean - have always been extremely helpful and respond within a few hours. I usually log issues in the evening and when I wake up the next morning, there will be a response. They often have specials and in October 2024, I paid £75 for an annual subscription for watching simultaneously on 2 devices - it does not have to always be the same 2 devices. You can load the app on as many devices as you wish, but can only watch on the number of devices that you subscribed to, simultaneously. I use the One Cloud app for Android as well as for Windows (via Blue-stacks) - which constantly runs ads in the background. Sometimes the channel that I am watching goes off-line but this is remedied by clicking on another channel and then going back to the channel that went off-line which is mostly fine, then. Sometimes I have to go out of One Cloud app and then back in, before it is resolved. On rare occasions, the channel stays off-line but the variety is so vast, that I quickly find something else to watch. You can add channels to a favourite list, which makes it easy to watch channels that you prefer our of a selection of over 8,000. Every-one in the household can have their own favourite list. They have a 3 day catch-up facility available for a few channels but you cannot add any channel that you want, to their catch-up facility. I also subscribed to Waka TV to compare the 2. Waka TV is more expensive for 1 device than what I paid to watch BritishTV on 2 devices simultaneously. Waka consists mostly of SA DSTV channels with a few British channels added. You cannot watch Waka on any device - only the device that you initially installed it to. Waka does have some Afrikaans movies and series, which you cannot find on BritishTV.

My iptvsmarter won’t work and trying to get Britishtv.org to help me with the problem is a nightmare. Don’t use these useless people not worth the money

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!! Awful company and customer service!!!!!!!! Tried to cancel subscription before it was over and said my password was incorrect. Sent change of password. Reset password and followed directions, no option to cancel. Chatted with person said to try again same issue, now the stop chatting and no response. Can’t get into acct, but keeps trying to charge.

Paid for a year subscription on the 28th of February to date have not heard from them

What has happened to our TV so much rubbish on itniw. Very seldom an intelligent programme. Loads of American junk, repeats, British so called reality programmes. Occasional drama like Vera, otherwise junk. Really boring trailers, too. . I used to think our TV was really good. Such a shame.

I have paid for a full year and since then 4 full work days have passed and I have not received my login details. I wrote to customer service on days 2 and 3 and have received no reply. I strongly suggest that you deal with some other company.

We had written in bloom we had keep written tidy. Unfortunately such stated open the doors and let Britain be populated. Big mistake
However, After living overseas and travelling round the world, mostly Asia, I discovered how TV was actually quite respectful on most channels, but when I came back to England, oh, my God, how disgusting and downgrading television has become portrayed the British people as ugly
I am not proud to be British anymore the programs they put undermine as society, or if anything build a picture of how British people are meant to live. This all started when they introduced an EastEnders.

Observed nudity. Program and series put on paint really bad picture British life is meant to be or has become
I’m not surprised when I was overseas that people said go to English England give Free money and do anything you want
You have a sick Prime Minister that is true. The second one third one. But the country has no moles or values. It is a sick country and they are soft touch.
I was ashamed and gutted and how people perceive England now, and now when I watch the BBCTV shows it depends this on Channel 4 some other channels
You cannot even hear an English accent anymore as in you would do if you went to America and someone says oh your English because they recognise the Queens or the kings spoken English, or should I say an educated English

All channels buffer and/or offline constantly. Support just blames your Internet connection all the time. Waste of money and time.

Fantastic content ... have not had any real issues in 2 years. Great value for the money.

Peter at their helpdesk has been very helpful when I needed advice, and i recommend that everyone shoud try this.

Honestly, I don't experience many issues... yes, from time to time some live channels disconnect, but not for long. With the vaste content that is available, I am not a stickler for time to time minor issues. I am very happy and certainly hope things don't go south. But up to now, very happy. I was sceptical in the beginning, so only took a month to month subscription. After a few months I was happy and subscribed for a year to benefit on the minor cost saving. It's been 8 months and still connected and streaming happily!

This is a blatant scam. As soon as I discovered that my account log in was not the same as the App login there was something wrong. I asked for support on their main website and received a username and password access to the App that I had previously downloaded after my CC payment went through. However, after finding that NO channels actually loaded up inside the App 1) I complained via their support app and then 2) I asked for refund. and then finally 3) I discovered that the site does not load into my browser anymore. BEWARE. I am feeling too stupid to myself to be duped in this way and my friends are going to get an earful of my complaints as well for recommending this site. Finally, the website landing page britishtv.org seems to automatically shutdown now when I try to return to login to myaccount or try to contactus. It is a fake frontpage.

Once again paid subscriptions their link is blocked. Ive bought media streamers even though i have the latest TV still cannot watch anything. Day light robbery

The content and choice is very good although It is not unusual for certain channels to not work or cease working whilst watching which is most frustrating. However my biggest problem, and the reason I am no longer subscribing is the unbelievable subscription policy. My first year of subscription started in September. Since then I have renewed it early, last year being in May. They are telling me to ignore the September subscription, Information supplied by them and displayed on my screen. They demand the subscription be renewed from the previous renewal in May. They refuse to answer my question of where in their material it says renew early and lose that extra time. Life should be simple, they believe in making it frustrating. I have now been blocked with 4 months remaining on my subscription. Further to my experience with this company I find they automatically debited my credit card which means I have to phone my bank overseas. This company is bringing their ethics into question! How do I give a zero star rating?

They are very helpful with the support service. I could not download the apps on my smart Samsung tv. I bought a android box and it's working great for the last 6 months. Great contents and the price 👍 2023

To be fair, I find the content to be really great and for someone living outside the UK the live content is a massive help to us. Yes if using web browser to view it can be frustrating but using their own App (OCTV) on a Fire-Stick is much more user friendly.
I find opening a customer ticket is the best way to get quick help and this is quite interactive if you have further questions.

I signed up for a year subscription in good faith but their services cannot load.

TV is working perfectly because YouTube Netflix AmazonPrime all work perfectly.

Connection is perfect with a Jitter of 0 or 1 locally and out of London / Manchester (I know this because of the exhaustive attempts to see why the product is not working)

They are operating from a server in Dallas - ie appear to have no CDN - and therefore their ability to stream globally competently is evidently touch and go.

They have refused to refund my subscription which is inaccessible through no fault of my own - but because their infrastructure is below par.

Dishonest business practice.

Constant issues, very poor support. Think theyre run by foreigners. Not resubscribing with them again, anyways have found "The British TV Club" to be a lot more reliable.
