After trying various brands and products, I can confidently say that British Supplements stands out for its commitment to quality, clean ingredients, and effective results.

I have been incorporating a range of their supplements into my daily routine, including magnesium, vitamin D, zinc, B12, creatine, Maca, and collagen. Each of these has played a pivotal role in helping me regain my vitality during this transitional phase of life.

Since I started taking these supplements, the difference has been remarkable. My sleep quality has significantly improved, allowing me to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Have always found this company provide an excellent service. Am unsure where the negative reviews are coming from as supplements I have purchased are of good quality and arrive promptly.

Absolutely impossible to contact. The phone number doesn't work and they don't reply to website messages or emails. They simply do not care.

As someone who has been taking various supplements for nearly 5 years. Trust me when I say these are the best supplements around. If you want any supplements get them here.

Supplements are very good quality but the dosages are WAY off! I bought the D3 and K2 - the recommended dosage from british supplements (as stated on the back of packet) was 1 capsule a day. I was taking these for a while and was feeling poorly. I had a blood test done at GP. Vit D levels should be between 50-150 mine were 269. Gp told me I was overdosing.. he advised vit d should be 600IU per day. British Supplements are selling 10,000IU!! Gp said long term these levels could increase calcium levels causing kidney stones. I informed British supplements of this. They said it was my responsibility for knowing dosage and recommended 5000IU.. but this is still way too high! After much debating they finally gave me a refund. I have noticed British supplements still haven’t changed packaging or dosage. I have also realised many of their other supplement dosages are far too high for daily recommendations. I think if you are company selling supplements you are responsible for knowing daily allowances and giving customers the correct guidance. They are providing people with the wrong information and are putting people’s health at risk. I am a therapist and have referred many of my clients onto British supplements (50+). But the supplement levels are so high, and with no willingness from the company to change the recommendations, I am unable to trust them. Therefore I no longer will be referring.

These people at this company really care about their product and their customers. The emails can be a pain but the things they talk of are very important if we want to keep being able to get clean supplements like they offer. If you don’t want the emails just unsubscribe. The emails do just go to show how passionate they are about being able to provide clean unadulterated supplements.

British supplements are a very childish company, rated 137 th out of 137 on @Tracxn ( business intelligence and information company) of similar companies, the owner is a very confused individual, who thinks many out to get him or there is a conspiracy against their company. please read other negative responses ) we had done business on multiple occasions before this incident ( worth a lot more money) with no incident,, but god forbid if you complain or try to send something back as you will be made out to be something your not, accused of damaging stuff or
Lies and your personal information put online, please look on other platforms for the whole story. I bought 1 bag from them and they came with a rip in bag contacted them immediately, after a week of no response i purchased from another company and sent an email saying i didn’t want a refund and i would never do business with them again they put my full name and most of my email address all over there response to this complaint accused me of damaging it myself and saying i was trying to get something for free,,,,all this over £14 , that’s the level of management, and it’s been done multiple times , they send emails attacking our government and other companies and how things are so unfair ,trust pilot being one of them it’s all very boring and not what i thought it was about. Very Unprofessional Putting my partial email and full name in your response ( been taken down by trustpilot for gross breach of their rules) and also being reported to other governmental departments , in i believe a breach of my privacy GDPR,
shows the level of maturity this company has. Reading some of the responses from other trust pilot negative responses and looking in to a few things has made us laugh so much , a real insight to ethics of a man and how treats people.

This company asks for tips for employees so they obv don't pay a living wage. Somebody called Chris sends unwanted emails and offers the option to unsubscribe but that turns out to be impossible as the link is not recognised. Really poor business practice customer-wise, so who knows what goes on in spite of the hype about the purity of the products.

Incredible professional vitamins that work for me and are value for money thanks

The best provider of herbal and other supplements! I was able to give up the PPI's with their marshmallow and slippery elm and the vitamin D has kept my arthritis at bay too. I can't understand why anyone would criticize this company unless there is some sort of plan to sabotage them. If you want to see genuine reviews for them look no further than the Judge reviews or their own website.

British Supplements are the only company that I would trust to buy vitamins and health products. They truly care and everything is of the highest quality without any fillers. They are being attacked by nefarious organisations and the best thing we can do is support this wonderful organisation.

The only supplement site that I trust with products that actually improve my health and wellbeing.
Myself and my partner rely on their produce especially D vits, Mucuna, lungwort and the marvellous Marshmallow better than any anti acid.

Ordered on recommendation and in fairness they did fairly quickly send something that appears to be what I ordered. However since then I have received a barrage of emails, not just selling but also activist for terrible causes and promoting the worst kind of alternative health care while denigrating others without good reason, and all my attempts to unsubscribe using the links provided have failed. On visiting their site to try to unsubscribe there I discover a front page filled with conspiracy theories and lies. I normally can't be bothered with this stuff - it's rife and beyond my control - but their attempt to draw me into their plan to scam Trustpilot reviews was too much, so here we are. I'll find another place to fill my next order, one that doesn't try to scare me by saying that their competitors' products contain terrifying things like "Iron Oxides" or any one of a hundred other horrible/nationalist stories, but just survives by selling decent product.

I made an order for some Turkesterone (with a tip) which didnt go through at my end. So I ordered again. What ever the technical issue I was sent 2 Turkesterone in the same post delivery, but in 2 seperate bags. So charged twice for everything. Why it wasnt out in the same bag as the name and address were all the same I dont know.

I emailed in and they just said it was my fault , my end.
SO I asked them to meet me half way with the postage. THat was £2 each. But no they'd rather me send them the items back. Knowing full well it would cost me more and probablt thinking I wouldnt do it.

Out of principle I did. They still took both sets of postage and had the cheek to try and keep the tip. SAYING IT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE .

After arguing my case they refunded it, showing IT WAS REFUNDABLE, and they wer just after the extra money. All your hype about big companies ripping us off and yet you are happy to do the same.

After losing your tip you were up by 35p after all that. But down a cutomer and up a one star review. Hope it was worth it BS. Which, so it seems stands for more than British Supplements.

I have been taking lions mane, Ashwagandha & collagen for around 3 months now. All I can say is a massive thank you! I feel like myself again!! I am 42 & experiencing peri menopausal symptoms that I found really concerning- especially the brain fog & lack of motivation 😑 I now feel like someone has turned my switch back on & I'm back in the room! Such a relief 😮‍💨 I was just floating around before & not contributing to life much. I am now so much more focused- which is making me perform better at work & genuinely better to be around!
