I advise against engaging with this company due to their exceptionally poor communication. I experienced a five-day delay awaiting shipment, which ultimately led me to cancel my order. Despite the lack of service provided, a full refund was not issued.

Expérience très décevante.
Suite à une commande, le vendeur reconnaît lui-même m’avoir envoyé le mauvais article. Malgré cela, la gestion du problème a été particulièrement peu professionnelle.
On me demande de refuser le colis, ce que je comprends, mais en parallèle le ton devient rapidement agressif et accusateur, allant jusqu’à évoquer une plainte pour fraude si le colis est accepté — ce qui est totalement disproportionné dans ce contexte.
Au lieu d’assumer simplement leur erreur et de proposer une solution claire (retour organisé ou remboursement), j’ai dû faire face à des menaces et à un manque total de sens commercial.
En tant que client, je m’attends à un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme, surtout lorsqu’une erreur vient du vendeur.
Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.

J'ai passé commande et depuis je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle.
J'ai laissé un message sur le site et je n'ai toujours aucune réponse.
Malheureusement, je constate que British Racer n'en est pas à son premier coup d'essai.
Si sous une semaine, je n'ai toujours rien, je ferai en sorte que cela se sache sur les réseaux sociaux, j'en informerai tous les groupes et clubs de moto. Ce genre de message se répend très vite sur le net.

Totally unresponsive to customer enquiries via email or through Contact Us on the web site. My order was paid in full and accepted via PayPal the day it was ordered and there has been no response since then and no status on my order. It has been 14 days since my order was paid in full and I have not received a single acknowledgement from the company. I have sent numerous emails and requests for updates and status to no avail. I am now in the process of disputing and cancelling my order because of this very bad customer services. Save yourself the headaches and DO NOT deal with this company. BTW, I am not a troll but a real customer!

I would strongly advise against doing any business with this webstore!!!
They take your order and your money and then you don't hear from them again. No response to any emails at all. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! This company refuses to answer calls or emails because "they're too busy" and then proceeds to call their customers Idiots for calling them out on it. Britishracer seems to be run by somewhat infantile and highly unproffesional people! There are plenty of websites out there who treat their customers with respect and where you can get the same products that B R are offering. You are way better of going there👍.

As you can see on their recent comment below, they react only when they are criticized. Still agressive in their response and denying that I have been their customer - Ridiculous!

2nd Update: This is ridiculous, why would I waste my time giving you a bad review, if all that I stated was not true? I think potential customers will be able to tell who really is lying by simply looking at all your 1 star reviews. It is obviously not just a one off bad review. Also, maybe you have not noticed, but your comments are more than disrespectful towards a customer and simply proves how bad your customer service is, well at least you have not done anything to prove otherwise. I am highly surprised that you are actually reacting to my genuine review as a customer. Maybe you should use all our reviews to improve your service and actually respond to customer queries. Instead you just threaten us with an obviously “standard” preprepared email responses 🙄

I find it fair to share my experience with shopping with you with other potential customers! That is the reason why trustpilot exists. Have you ever really asked yourself why you receive such bad reviews? If you had responded to my emails and had informed me about a delayed delivery, I would've been a happy customer.

Instead you completely and arrogantly ignored my emails. I had to use final measures through Paypal in order to receive a reaction! Not good! And yes, I had checked my spam!

BTW: Thank you for closing my customer account: I would have never shopped with you again anyway!

First Review:
Unfortunately in 2018 nothing has changed! Ordered a couple of things on the 27th May 2018 and received an automatic order confirmation. After that - dead silence - no replies whatsoever to my numerous emails and calls. Nothing! Even after writing via PayPal and threatening to open a dispute, nothing! I had to open a PayPal dispute to get a reaction. I finally received a UPS tracking number, thinking it was a "package with a stone" in order to fool PayPal and keep my money. Fortunately, received the real products 1,5 months later! Please, be aware of this shop. Do not order from them! If you have to, then definitely use PayPal!

Ordered goods and still nothing a month on! Tried contacting via email, web page and Facebook and had no replies.
Won't be ordering from here again at all.

It's June 9th and I finally received the missing parts (after 10 weeks) and a refund for what could not be delivered. So I'm fine with it.
If Maurizio would have been more responsive to calls and emails, I probably would order again (with some caveats).
After my first review (below) he reacted immediately but since then, he put my email accounts (I used different ones) on the blacklist, closed my user profile and closed his Facebook account for comments.
It's a pity because the last products (mudguards from MAS) are just great.
Maybe a lesson learned?

After 2 month I finally received my order, or at least part of it.
They do not answer mails or phone calls. Their seat in real leather for a Triumph is just cheap, not even worth the money you pay.
Now I asked to refund for what has not been delivered (500€). Since then again silence. Best is to post on their Facebook Site. Then they react very quickly by deleting the post and even might respond to your mail.

I placed an order for 3 items that were all supposedly in stock. Got a confirmation of my order with a tracking number... and then never heard from them again. I have e-mailed every possible e-mail address and also called both their phone numbers, but no-one picks up the phone. I'm pretty sure that on one occation someone hanged up on me.
It's now been 7 weeks since my order (which was meant to arrive in max 2 weeks), and I'm seeking for my money back through my credit card company.

I've never seen a company that refuses to answer calls or emails because "they're too busy" and then proceeds to call their customers Idiots for calling them out on it. There are plenty of websites out there to get the same products these guys are offering, I suggest going that route

Don't order from britishracer.com - they take your money straight away and don't send you the good you order. No response to emails, when you ring you hear 'pronto pronto' the. They hang up on you!
