FAQ's
What is your manufacturing and dispatch time?
All items are printed to order. We give a guideline of approximately 3 working days for your order to be manufactured and then sent Royal Mail tracked 48 or international tracked.
Why couldn't I amend my order after placing it?
To allow us to get your order out as fast as possible, we have built a slick internal system that means your order goes directly to print once it has been placed. We will always try to assist where we can but this isn't always possible. This also means it's up to our customers to ensure they have checked images, spelling and image positioning on their product.
Why is my image blurry?
You can find image guides in various places on our site to refer to. Images must be clear, light and as high quality as possible. If your image is dark, blurry and pixelated it won't look good when printed and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible.

Item arrived Leeds flag…
Item arrived but not what I ordered asked for St George cross but in yellow with writing across the middle and team badge in each square it arrived with black band down side and yellow on top bottom of flag complained even the photo showed it’s the outline of the frame where you told to place your design in but with no joy from company to rectify mistake terrible after sale offered 15% discount but didn’t fill me with confidence to re order it’s now in bin £28 wasted

The reply is also disappointing a email sent to company 6th April stipulated yellow cross with wording and badges into each square
They need to follow instructions instead of just copping photo and using that has a template

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We’ve looked into this again and can confirm the banner was printed exactly as the design was uploaded on our website. As noted during the checkout process, custom designs are printed exactly as created and submitted by the customer, we don’t make any alterations or adjustments to uploaded images.
The black band and layout you mention are part of the original file you had uploaded. We appreciate this can be frustrating and have reached out privately to explain further.

Perfect gift for someone that has everything they thought they could ever want!
Ordered a mini me as part of my husbands 25th wedding anniversary gift.
For something that was a jokey gift ( being from a perimenopausal woman who is suffering with hot flushes etc I’m not enjoying being cuddled as much as I used to-this was bought for when I’m having a moment he can cuddle the mini me instead)
