Curtains arrived today. They are absolutely stunning. Ordered on the 18th of March, wonderfully easy website, ordering a doddle, even when I had to amend the order, it was a straightforward process. The company amended order, it was followed up with a reassuring text. I am wowed by the print and material of the curtains. Wonderfully sewn and packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to order more curtains in the future. 100% thanks so much

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Website easy to use; I'd already seen the fabric so knew what to expect; very competitive price; quality of make-up very high and I was easily able to change the delivery address as the last minute as we were away from home. Free cusion was a bonus. I usually make my own curtains but decided to treat myself this time - and probably will do so in the future.

Easy to order with clear explanations on the website. The curtains were well made and delivery was fast from time of ordering to receiving them. it would have been nice to have had a cushion with each pair of curtains, especially as they were essentially separate orders, though ordered together.

Curtains were made really quickly and when they arrived, I was over the moon because they were excellent quality and look beautiful. They were made to measure and fit perfectly. Cheaper than anywhere else online too.

I don’t do a lot of online shopping but it has really changed my mind on this. It was very straightforward and I could track all aspects of my order from start to delivery. Having also telephoned the firm with a query the employee I spoke to was very helpful and I couldn’t fault him. I just have to say it was a good experience all round and I love my curtains

We are extremely pleased with our new curtains, they are very well made and arrived in a good turn around time. Would definitely recommend Brittania Rose for bespoke curtains to anyone.

Fabric in a recent order has a flaw running the full length. I have contacted the company three times via email with photographs attached with No response.
Will avoid in the future.

The company have now contacted me and replacement fabric has been arranged. Happy with this service.

Britannia Rose provides outstanding curtains, made to a high standard with speedy delivery and all at a competitive price point.
The difference between made to measure and ready made is clear with very little difference in price.
I will certainly be using Britannia Rose again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Wanted to return unused product but no response from various attempts to contact. Sadly will never use company again for the rest of my renovations and would not recommend.

I purchased 2 well made cushions and had the choice of fillings. Although I was fortunate that the cushions were in clearance and matched my existing curtains, I would not hesitate to pay full price if I needed more.
