I ordered some cushion covers six months ago (to match my curtains) but unfortunately they were not in stock. I had brilliant communications from Britannia Rose who informed me the wouldn’t be in stock until September and refunded my money with no problem. I ordered them immediately they came in stock and they were delivered on time. The cushions are Wylder Ophelia Wedgwood and the material and quality is excellent.
I have no hesitation in recommending Britannia Rose and will definitely order my soft furnishings from them in the future.

I ordered a sample of velvet revolution from Britannia rose , it arrived quickly, carefully packaged and labelled for me The sample is by far the best I have found , it is beautiful quality and the colour is stunning . I will be ordering this fabric .

Lovely curtains, true blackout fabric which is essential in a shift-worker house! Free cushion much appreciated, ties the decor together nicely. Will be ordering from here again for sure.

The website is easy to navigate and I could create the exact curtain I wanted for my campervan. The curtain and cushions are really well made and of good quality. I would certainly order from them again.

Britannia rose do not send samples of material when they are paid for I ordered a sample of harlequin lilaea silks duck egg product code 1114516 for £1.99 smp2478813 and have not received it . They say they have no information on my email or address. This order was placed at the beginning of September late August

The cushions were beautifully made out of very good quality fabric. They were well packaged and arrived on time. They add depth to the rooms for which they were chosen. Clear illustrations of finishes and sizes on the website made decisions about what to order easy.

I ordered the pheasant cushions - they delivered promptly and the cushions are exquisite- pump with lovely piping.
