make sure you read all the reviews before ordering. I’ve been in a soft furnishing trade for over 30 years ordered fabric on the 28th of November paid over £400 paid extra for 1 to 2 days delivery sent email after email asking where my order
was Only to be told it was on its way why are they providing a 1- 2 Days delivery and charging an extra fee when they are not providing this service it’s a complete joke after emails back and forth which does not give you any advice at all. Complete waste of time. I was told my order was out for delivery today the 3rd of December I told them on the website to deliver the order and place it in the shed as they call it my safe place I got home from work only to find no order in shed or anywhere else . Sat waiting for my order only to receive a picture of somebody else’s front door definitely knew it wasn’t mine. It had a great giant Santa Claus in the garden Would normally find this funny realised it was delivered at my neighbours with no note for the door to say it was delivered there This company is a waste of time I have a client now who is not happy due to the fact their order was meant to be back before Christmas no such luck .
If you want any advice shop for your fabric locally, it will be better quality. I shall be telling all of my clients not to go anywhere near this company And by the way, please don’t send me a generic apology because I will not accept it .

The made to measure curtains were very well made and exactly to size. The free cushion was a real bonus.

The staff at Britannia Rose were very helpful and kept me informed at all stages, and if they had any questions they were quick to contact me. If I had any concerns they answered them quickly. The curtains are lovely, fabric and finish first rate.

Britanniarose went above and beyond with my order. I requested something extra to the norm and this was no problem to them.
